Was pretty much what I was expecting. Staff were friendly and helpful and room was was fine. Dog friendly which was a bonus.

The room was very basic. I appreciate it was listed as that, but the aircon wasn’t working, I am sure I was bitten by a bug and it wasn’t great on reflection.

Das Zimmer & Sauberkeit & Ruhe waren gut. Die Toilettenspülung funktionierte leider nur mäßig.

Good convenient hotel for access to the Eurotunnel. Very good for shopping at the Cite de Europe.

Good basic hotel next to cite Europe and channel tunnel. Clean. Friendly helpful staff. Had dinner at the hotel which was good. Lots of choice and plat du jour. Good food. Drinks prices reasonable. €10 for a pint and a glass of wine. We have stayed here several times

Sehr zweckmäßig für die Übernachtung vor der Überfahrt. Zimmer etwas abgenutzt, da in die Jahre gekommen aber okay. Kein Teppich, damit hat sich unser Hund sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had to move rooms as first room plumbing was broken and room smell intolerable and unsafe. Rooms small, noisy, and air conditioning did not work

So far so good. But the toilet is a little bit small

This hotel has several buildings and it wasn't clear which block we were in from our booking so we had to drive around for a bit until we found the correct block/hotel - other than that it was perfect for what we wanted a quick stop after Le Shuttle and before driving to Luxembourg the next day

Nice Stay!

May not be suitable for families as no safe in the lift and people banging your room at middle of the night. Terryfying experience we had as a family on this hotel.

This is very convenient for an early channel crossing. Basic but clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a lot of noise until about 11:30.

Very helpful and friendly staff. We've used the hotel many times.
