Traditional Cotswolds hotel set in lovely gardens with easy parking at the rear. Service was always delivered with a smile and was prompt. We had dinner in the restaurant, and the food was nice, well-cooked and fresh. The suite we stayed in was spacious and clean with a massive bathtub. The room was clean, although the lights were very annoying! We used the spa, which is clean and never felt crowded, my wife had a treatment and she said it was very good. Overall happy with our weekend getaway.

Friendly staff. The hotel and our room were very clean and comfortable. Nice Spa and pool area. I enjoyed a relaxing spa treatment and would recommend. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return if in the area.

Very rude female clerk at check-in. Given attic room with bed at one end of the room and bathtub at other. No shower. Separate windowless loo. Attuc beams made walking without hitting one's head difficult. Parking far from reception and difficult to access.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Very clean and comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. Parking is provided which is accessible from a back road. The sign for it was a bit small, so I drove past it once trying to find it.

Rundown hotel, put a room virtually with no air slow service

Cotswolds House Hotel & Spa From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel truly welcome. We were greeted by a wonderful pair of staff – a gentleman and a young lady – both exceptionally polite, friendly, and genuinely interested in making our stay special. They asked about our plans, offered helpful suggestions, and even arranged a taxi for our evening out – such thoughtful, above-and-beyond service. Our room was lovely: comfortable, well-presented, and stocked with beautifully scented body wash and creams that added a touch of luxury. Breakfast service the next morning was a little on the slow side, and the English breakfast itself was smaller than expected, but it was still tasty. Overall, we had an excellent stay. The location is perfect, the staff outstanding, and the hotel itself full of charm. We would be very happy to return.

If you're debating whether or not to stay here, I suggest you book it! The location is perfect, the rooms are large, well appointed and clean. And the breakfast is more than you'd expect. We were very happy with our stay.

Good location and nice room

I paid £300 for one night at this hotel. It was too much, but they claimed that they have an electric car charger.Unfortunately, I was not able to connect to it. It was dark at the car park and no success after 30 minutes of trying, Though room looked nice, TV did not work, neither table lamp; the sink was not letting water go down.I nearly flooded the room. With all these problems, no ‘sorry’ was heard from the hotel . No any VIP perks either. Much overpriced. Will not come back
