Poco personal de servicio. Cenamos y las sopas estaban fria. Pusieron sus manos sobre la sopas y arroz de los niños. Bufett poxas opciones, no vale el costo extra.

Creó que se puede agregar mas variedad al desayuno.

This was simply put, an outstanding stay from start to finish. The staff were amazing, the room was clean, the housekeeping was always on time and helpful, just a wonderful experience for me and my 3 kids. We were on the club floor which was an extra special experience. These folks know what they are doing, STAY HERE!

The property was in a great location, and had great dining options within the hotel and the neighborhood. The gym was incredible as was the pool area and the pool bar.

My stay was good, didn’t like packing lot location, but overall good

The property feels like a cheap and dirty Las Vegas hotel. They did not even let me charge my dinner to my room! I expected more from a Sheraton hotel. Look elsewhere.

Me dijeron que mi habitación estaría 14h, finalmente me la dieron despúes de las 15h, me hicieron firmar un acuerdo de multa si fumaba (nunca he fumado) y cuando llego a la habitaicón apestaba a alcohol y tabaco, no me dejaron usar las instalaciones hasta que fuera mi check in, y la limpieza de la nueva habitación también deja que desear

An excellent hotel, with an excellent location amazing view to the ocean and friendly helpful staff. I sincerely recommend it for tourists especially the first time visitors.

In general, it was ok. But I think the staff can be better. Some parts of the hotel look old and needs some maintenance (for example, the cover of the key reader in my room fell out and the sign of the hotel in the top looks old). Regarding the staff, I arrived a little bit early (like 45 minutes) and I asked the lady in the front desk if she could check in earlier and she said there was no way and when I asked for options, she just keep saying no. Then I asked if I could use the pool until check in time and she said they will charge me (for using the pool less than 40 minutes). So I had to just sit in the front desk. When there were 20 minutes left to check in time, I tried with another lady and she help me out right away and I have my room almost inmediately. In the night, I wanted to order some room service and there was no menu on the room (they were suppossed to give me a QR Code on the front desk during check in, but they did not, so they have to bring me one). I ordered several food items including a lemonade and 30 minutes later they called me to tell me they have no lemons (how do you run out of lemons in a hotel). Anyway...the rest of the stay was good. But given the service, the price is too much versus the service you receive.

Although the rooms could use some updating , they were very clean and towels/linen smelled fresh.
