L’hôtel est accueillant à première vu avec une magnifique réception et un restaurant excellent. Mais les chambres sont vraiment vieillottes avec des joints moisis dans la douche et sur les rebords de fenêtre et la moquette de la chambre a vu des jours meilleurs je pense. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt bon et diversifié.

From start to finish everything was lovely everything was clean and food was amazing. Staff was 100% attentive would of loved to stay longer would definitely recommend.

Arriving given the wrong key for the wrong room, that sorted the window in our room was edge to edge cracked. We were there from Wed to Sun complained about the aircon not working, were advised it would be sorted on Monday. I wrote my initials aon the window sills on the fifth floor and they were never cleaned, nite before we left there was blood in the elevator which hadn't been cleaned in the four day's we stayed .ate at the restaurant and waited 20 mins for the bill, would noy recommend this hotel

Clean hotel with working ac. Staff were very helpful. No microwave though.

Mattress uncomfortable, rooms a bit dated

Only small complaint was inconsistant room service. Needed to contact reception for replenishment of shower gel, milk pots, bottled water, sugar sachets and toilet rolls. Overall however the staff were excellant and we enjoyed our stay.

Great Spot…

Staff worked hard to get us an early check in due to an early flight arrival we were able to check in at 10am

The hotel is quite old, but it was clean overall. However, the carpets in the room showed their age, and the bed sheets had stains from excessive wear. Unfortunately, they only provided a thick comforter as a bed cover, which might be great for winter, but it's really uncomfortable during the summer months. On the bright side, the room had a functioning AC and plenty of space. My main issue was with the breakfast, which left much to be desired. Firstly, it was an à la carte menu rather than a buffet, limiting options. The choices leaned heavily towards meat and dairy, and the fresh fruit bowl was disappointing. The waitress didn't offer alternatives like oat milk, and the cereal and granola were of very low quality. The bread selection was frankly awful, and I felt breakfast should start at 6 AM since many guests want to explore the city early, especially those eager to make the most of their day. Aside from this, the hotel was decent, with ample parking and plenty of room.

We had to change rooms due to bedding & were moved into a handicapped room which had various issues, shower would flood water into the washroom, sink tap would flush water out as soon as opened & safe did not work. We were moved to a nicer room for last night however a/c didn’t work.

The main entrance was not well signed and we ended up in staff parking. The property is large and expansive, sometimes making it difficult to find our way. That being said the property was beautiful and the rooms were nice. The main area was walkable and we had a nice meal.

The room was good and spacious. Room and bathrooms are a bit dated. The air con was not working and as per reception, maintaining could not fix it, hence in the heat wave no air con was not ideal. Although they provided fans and extra water and drinks but nights became sweaty.

Surprised this is a 4 star hotel, facilities are a bit grubby and over crowded, room was small but it was clean. Worst breakfast experience I've had in a long time, more like 2 star canteen than 4 star. Dont like being negative but I expected a lot more from this hotel.

All nice, comfortable and family friendly

We stayed at the hotel for a family occasion. We tried to check in at 1:30pm, room wasn't ready, reception didn't ask if we wanted to leave luggage. When we got to our room the accommodation was basic and clean. The breakfast was good the next morning, staff could have friendlier and more attentive. We went to the Leisure Centre, the pool area is absolutely filthy, tiles hanging off the walls. The Jacuzzi was dirty and had a really bad smell off the water. The sauna and steam room need a full refurb
