Awesome hotel, connected to a mall and close to subway

Very poor WI-FI, TV only had basic cable, no ability to use apps (Netflix, YouTube, etc…) and due to poor WI-FI, no ability to mirror/connect to TV for streaming

A lot of parking in the parking garage and they validate the parking. Clean hotel and rooms.

We were so happy with the staff and the rooms. The breakfast and restaurant staff where so nice

Our room was very clean and looked very nice. Bed was comfy as well

Amazing property

The overall hotel stay was great, and it is very close to the MTR station. However, the check-in process took 45 minutes, which was way too long

Was a pretty underwhelming property in my view. Everything was fine, but the whole experience was just ok.

Arrangements were made upon checking in that we would pay by debit upon checkout,however first thing in the morning they slid a receipt under our door and took the payment off the credit card they held for security. Have stayed2 times at the other location and was much nicer.

Front desk staff gave incorrect info re parking and use of TTC AC didn’t work and was not repaired during stay Check in line ups for over an hour

Staff 10/10. Cleanliness 9/10. Horrible King Bed 0/10. Horrible Pillows 0/10. Save your money and stay literally anywhere else. 100% will not be returning.

EV chargers were convenient. Also the subway in the basement of the garage.

Staff are super friendly and helpful! Hotel Location was great but the room we had was certainly not worth the money they charged. Very disappointed with the room! I cannot say enough good about the staff they were fantastic.

Check in took over an hour. Our room cost was $500 as they they knew it would be a busy weekend so they charge more but don’t staff accordingly.
