The staff weren't the most pleasant, the rooms were fairly basic with poor showers, the spa opening hours (5–10pm) are ridiculous, and the fact that you have to pre-book a slot yet aren't greeted by any staff at the spa itself was rather strange. Definitely a case of style over substance, although the location is ideal.

Good location, nice rooms but very cold in the bar and lobby area. Even the staff had to wear additional clothing.

Super venligt og hjælpsomt personale der altid mødte os med et stort smil. Værelset var flot og hyggeligt, og rengøringen gik super fint når vi var væk i løbet af dagen. Spa området indeholdt dampbad, sauna og boblebad, også dette var rent og flot og fungerede rigtigt godt! Derudover ligger hotellet virkeligt godt i forhold til både restauranter og barer - men i en sidegade, så der er fuldstændigt ro om natten.

My room was on the mezzanine flooor facing the street There were some road works just below my window and at 6.00 am they have started to make massive noise and I couldn’t sleep anymore I have complained with the receptionist and the only thing she able to say it was “I’m sorry”

Mattress very hard

Very nice boutique hotel in a nice location. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. 20min walk to the river and most restaurants. Overall it was a good value for our family and we stayed 3 nights.

I had my flight cancelled early in the morning and rescheduled for the following day. The staff at the front desk were super helpful and were able to find me a room for an additional night. They made an otherwise bad situation a little better. 10/10!!

Vi bodde högst upp med terrass. Mysigt på kvällen att kunna sitta ute när solen gått ner. Fint rum, hård men skön säng. ACn fungerade utmärkt. Badrummet lagom stort med schampo, tvål och lotion. Vänligt bemötande i receptionen: vi fick både checka in tidigt utan tillägg och sen checka ut senare mot liten avgift. Frukosten var inget att skriva hem om. Men allt annat var toppen!

God service fra personalet - både i receptionen og i restauranten. Morgenmaden var lækker - desværre var brødristeren ikke den bedste, så der var altid meget kø ved den, men ellers var de gode til at fylde op og maden var lækker. Hotellets beliggenhed var også god.

Séjour de 5 nuits we inclus. Hôtel très bien placé. Nous avions une terrasse au 9e étage d'un calme absolu Le nettoyage des chambres laissent a désirer. On a dû leur demander 2 fois de nettoyer et changer les serviettes de la chambre Le petit dej est complet mais simple

Très agréable séjour.

We mainly picked this location due to the spa facilities. The jacuzzi was out of service. And the sauna was small but not crowded at all. Its a nice location and overall a decent hotel.
