Freshly renovated, kind front desk employee.

Inside of hotel is definitely better than outside, but in fairness, the outside is getting a makeover. The room we had was clean and comfortable. The door needs to be replaced during remodel. Convenient location. Indoor pool looked nice but we didn’t use due to time constraints. Onsite restaurant is good and convenient. I’d stay here again when visiting my kid

Room was great and close to all the training we where there for. Super clean and lots of food options close by.

They need to upgrade their shower head, bathtub was filling up with water as well while showering.

Great room great bed , wonderful staff and breakfast. In hotel pub delicious with great staff . They are working on renovations outside so that’s understandable. Across the street from Kelsey’s , Montanas and beside Costco. Great location. Indoor and outdoor pool

Room was right beside pool so the room reeked of chlorine and was really noisy from the kids screaming.

Clean, but the best part was the staff. It’s an old hotel. Been renovated numerous times, but still clean. Updates are good.

Reserved 4 rooms all were great and ready by 3 as requested 14 of us had dinner at Wrigleys attached to the hotel 8 grandkids very accommodating and friendly All staff we came across was awesome

The staff was amazing and so thankful for no complaints about my older dog. As a retired guard dog he still hasn’t got the guard dog mentality out of him so every little noise sets him off. Housekeeping was absolutely amazing! Front desk staff was awesome!

Had a very nice stay at the hotel, it was very clean, breakfast was in abundance, the restaurant was nice the food was good and plentiful, wish the restaurant was open on Sunday but i understand why it isn't. Laura W the waitress was a joy to deal with and very pleasant. Front desk staff were superb, Anastasia is an absolute delight to deal with, bubbly and always smiling, she is a real asset to the hotel. Some may complain about the construction at the main entrance but it only shows how the owners and staff really care. The upgrades will look wonderful when finished.

Toilet keeps filling and the basin taps are backwards.

Clean, very friendly staff

I was a bit turned off at first by the renovations going on however the room was very clean, warm, the pool was clean and enjoyable. The lobby, restaurant and hallways were clean and in good form. The staff were all very friendly and made my check in/out efficient. A great stay!
