Absolutely beautiful hotel. Easy walking distance to main spots and trains in London. Customer service was top notch .

The staff were wonderful and very helpful with arranging taxis and planning our visits to nearby attractions. I really loved the history associated with the hotel and how close it was to Westminister Abby, Big ben, Victoria Palace theater & Buckingham palace.

Ascenseur très étroit et petit, donc pas idéal si vous êtes claustrophobem, mais vous pouvez utiliser l'escalier. Hôtel au centre de tout, à 1 min du métro St-James Park, et tout près de Big Ben d'un côté et de Buckingham Palace de l'autre.

Beautiful hotel. Amazing stay for 4 nights. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of options including fresh honeycomb from their beehives and fresh peanut butter maker! Rooms a bit small but very nice and very clean. Lobby is absolutely gorgeous! Location is excellent, close to many main attractions and underground around the block. We would definitely stay here again. Absolutely loved it!

The room were very clean, housekeeping did an amazing job. The rooms are small, don’t have dressers to put your clothes, I have to leave it inside the suitcases

High-class and elegant hotel, excellent location

I have no complaints or constructive feedback to share. We had the loveliest stay at this hotel with our family, and would highly recommend it. The location is perfect, the facilities are clean and well kept and the staff is extremely helpful. Do try and sit down for their high tea at The Tea Lounge; it was perfect.

Vi havde et virkelig dejligt ophold. Personalet var både hjælpsomme, opmærksomme og imødekommende, og man følte sig taget godt hånd om fra start til slut. Hotellet er smukt indrettet og ligger i rolige omgivelser. Samtidig er beliggenheden helt ideel – man kan gå til flere af byens vigtigste seværdigheder. Ønsker man ikke at gå er der en metrostation meget tæt på, hvilket gør det nemt at komme rundt.
