Terrible experience

Quality Inn at the Toronto airport was close and convenient. There is food onsite and close to gasoline for rental car fill-up. The rooms were clean, although the decor made the room somewhat dark. It is a good, one-night stay to catch a flight.

Front desk staff was good, rooms are dated but bed was clean. No elevator was an issue, as this is so close to the airport you can be sure that most everyone has lots of luggage which you have to carry up 2 flights of steps. Also with being close to the airport folks are leaving very early in the morning like 6:00 shuttle, however breakfast that’s supposed to be included at starts at 6, is in a locked room so you can’t even grab a muffin or banana, maybe put a few things out by the tea/coffee area for those that have paid for the free breakfast and never got it. Shuttle bus are only vans so only 12 can fit if you’re lucky, and the vans are very dirty and run down.

Room was very dark with not much lighting.

Reasonably priced and close to airport. No elevator so if you have mobility issues, call ahead for main floor room.

It was good place. Price was good too. Manager was so helpful she let us check in early and make sure our room was clean so we can sleep before our flight, However in the hallway, the cleaners were too chatty and loud.

早朝の出発だったので、シャトルバスは大変助かりました　またコーヒーがいつでも飲めると言うとジムがあったりと。次回トロントに行く時があればまた利用したいと思います。

Both were excellent

Really just a standard 2.5 star hotel, nothing great, close to the airport

Shuttle was poor condtion, dents in side, duck tape to keep quality inn sign on shuttle, flloors/carpets were dirty, cleilings dirty, rooms poor condition, no elevator, got sick on food, would not stay there again!

The shuttle was great and proximity to the airport was great.Left to early to have breakfast.Front desk staff was friendly and helpful…..however I requested an extra blanket and pillows but was informed that housekeeping was gone for the day, even though I I made the reservation more than a month in advance.

Clean room, dated, we ordered food at restaurant and took it to bar to eat. There was a Limited bar menu. Bar staff pleasant.

This was a quick stopover for us before catching an early morning flight. The room was very nice. King bed tons of room, a very comfortable space. The bathroom was tiny, with the sink located in the bedroom, while not my preference, it was still functional and had a large counter space. Would absolutely stay here again. Food in the restaurant was very good.

Very noisy hotel. We could hear people above us walking around - creaky floors. We could hear our neighbours shower and every time they used their toilet

Hôtel de base, déjeuner ok mais n’ayez pas d’attente trop élevées, ils ont loué à chambre à qq d’autre et ces gens ont eu la clé de ma chambre et m’ont réveillé à 11h15pm, ouf.
