It was alright, quiet considering it's right by the highway. The USB plugs didn't work, there was no TV for the couple days we were there. The bathroom shower was not handicap friendly.

We booked the place just because its part of Sandman hotels. But we were very disappointed by everything. The staff has very limited knowledge. The rooms were dirty, the shower knob came off and the room has odor.

Its an old property that has seen better days, but it was clean and the staff was helpful

There is not much around Blue River. But this room was clean and comfortable. We just stopped in for the night but being able to explore the area would be wonderful.

Make sure you bring food and drinks. No restaurants. Only gas stations

Needed a place to stop overnight on my way from Edmonton to Vancouver and for that purpose it was absolutely perfect!

Great for what it is. Older Hotel/Motel for a good price. Hot water, shower is good, bed was comfortable, TV Channels are limited but if I wanted to watch Netflix, etc I can use my laptop. Would be nice if the Restaurant was actually open. Very limited to food choices while in Blue River. Better pack the food you need.

No kitchen, gross bathroom and shower, no restaraunt. I would tell everyone to avoid this place.

The premise needs some TLC. There was liter all over the place on and around the property including industrial waste and random chairs and chemical barrels in the adjacent woods. The room was clean but the bathroom was worn down and dated. Even the competitive price does not make up for the visual appearance.

Looked rough. Needs renovations. Door casing was ripped off the wall and never replaced. Appeared that the door had been kicked in and no safety lock on the door. Had to stuff a chsorvunder the door knob. Booked online. Room was 14⁰c when we got there. Took forever to warm up. No amenities. No pop machines. Had to go to the PetroCanada for somethibg to eat before 9pm when it closed. Bed was comfortable. Expensive

Stayed here several times over the years but it seems like it’s gone backwards instead of forwards…lol. Definitely getting tired this place. Nice enough staff but the place is aged

Unexpectedly needed to stop for the night in Blue River and had a wonderful stay! The lady at the front desk was an absolute delight, a ray of sunshine and so helpful. They accomodated my cat and we had a lovely stay! If I ever am in Blue River again, I will stay here again.

The room was serviceable and clean. Unfortunately the on site restaurant was closed due to water leak issues.

No indication the restaurant was closed for a month, with food services being "down the road" at a food truck. Large icicles directly above parking area making it impossible to safely leave vehicle just outside the door. Compared to hotel booked for 3 nights was considerably cheaper. Lack of staff fir extended hours was worrisome if something went wrong in the unit.

I was driving truck and trailer, parking was easy, out in front of my room. Fellow who checked me in was polite and friendly. Kitchen was closed for Reno
