Rating & Review Keseluruhan Sandman Inn Princeton

Lady at the front desk was not friendly at all. I am surprised that the Sandman would put their name to this hotel. Clean but badly in need of an update.

The Sandman Princeton really needs refurbishing.

Location is beside highway and can here large transport trucks engine brakes all night.

Staff was nice but room was falling apart and smelled like stale cigarettes.

The staff member at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful

So add is very friendly as you come into there door very welcoming rooms are clean beds are comfortable

People at the front desk were great and very helpful

The room was clean, and the staff were awesome. The property is for sure in need of update. It is dated, and the windows seem like they aren’t even there!

Very nice folks that took good care of us. Clean rooms for an older building.

Wonderful stay

I was excited to see a black friday sale which got us a standard room with two double bed from $260 to $130 for a night. The room was old outdated, hair dryer zapped and fizzled as soon as we turned it on, Plugs werent working, some lights were on and some broken. The pillows were super uncomfortable even my 9 year old son said something about it. If you wanted good sleep and nice luxurious stay, this isn't it. This is perfect for a quick stop however the price needs to be reduced. The "black friday" and the original price did not do it justice.

Julie went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were taken care of. With a SMILE🙂

Parking lot was very icey, no salt. Heater barely worked, no sound barriers in the walls.

In the room that I stayed in , the Telus box was not active ( green power light was illuminating) and there was no tv remote , The other thing is there was no access to the the lobby after hours to 7:30 am for the purpose of returning the room key,

My room had a very deep bath tub. I loved soaking in it. The property is older but well maintained.

Adequate

Dated and in need of a refresh. It’s fine for a night but don’t expect anything special. Old single pane Windows that dont close fully or lock. Decently clean where it matters but old and worn out. Shows its age and needs upgrade from the mid 1990s

It definitely needs a facelift but it was clean and that's what matters. And Julie is fantastic!
