The Hotel is in a Prime lication for exploring Brighton.Gorgeous stairwell, nice bar and restaurants. Our room was a suite with sea view, it was spa ious, had a bath by the fabulous window and a balcony with plenty of space to sit and watch the seafront (well worth it).We were lucky that the Pride.Parade took place when we stayed ans we spent 3 hours cheering the wonderful people. The best thing though is the staff, right from the door through to the bars and reception,everyone was on top form.A noticeable upgrade from stays a few years ago which were ok but now service is 5 star.

Great hotel, fantastic location. We were able to check in early which meant we had more time to explore Brighton which was very welcome. Our room looked like it had only recently been decorated and was elegant but very comfortable. Only small gripe I’d that our room was at the side of the hotel and we were woken by the glass bin collection in the early hours as the windows didn’t seem to be double glazed but really not that big a deal.

A wonderful hotel which is iconic on the Brighton sea front. Room was modern clean and beautiful appointed with tasteful design and decoration. We had breakfast which is now a buffet, not my taste as I prefer table service and things like eggs Benedict, poached eggs and pancakes so would not go for the breakfast option. However what was available was fresh and cooked well. Overall a wonderful hotel and perfect choice for us.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The staff are great, very helpful, nice to have valet parking Our room was not great. It felt very budget! The bed was horrendous - extremely uncomfortable and we hardly slept, both waking with a bad back. Despite reporting this we were not offered to change rooms and their poor efforts to rectify the bed situation were hopeless. I ahve honestly had better rooms in premier inn

Stayed at this hotel many times over the years, just gets better and better

The hotel is really nice, some tired carpets and balcony dirty, but otherwise nice. Good air conditioning and superb bed

I was suprised with the strick rules on check-out given the prices you are paying for one night stay. The bar staff were very friedly. I was also given a room that overlooked a wall, maybe with the price tag, these rooms should be cheaper.

We had a beautiful suite which was clean & absolutely gorgeous with a sea view . All the staff we spoke to from reception to the breakfast area , cleaning and front of house / lobby were courteous ,informative and helpful . We also had a great breakfast which was buffet style where you helped yourself - there was a wide range of hot and cold food to choose from , which included fruits ,cereal ,pastries , lots of different types of bread , and a variety of full English breakfast foods to choose from ,they even had a chef to cook things while you waited .We chose a cooked breakfast which was delicious . The lobby was beautiful and well maintained , with fresh flowers , decorative mirrors pictures , and a piano for added interest. They offer a car valet service too - so you just park up outside and give them your keys and they’ll take care of parking the car and sorting your luggage for you as well . Parking is limited on a first come first served basis as they nay have 40 spaces . On this occasion we didn’t take advantage of this service but it’s good to know for next time . All in all we had a wonderful time so would definitely return .

From the moment we arrived, the front of house staff team for valet parking and receptionist could not have been more friendly and helpful. The guy with the bowler hat & his whole team was exceptional. The best I have experienced in hotels around the world. A pure pleasure to deal with
