The property was very filthy and dirty. Microwave not provided in the room. We were told to use microwave in the common area in main floor. That common area where microwave was kept was dirty and stinking. Not recommended.

Staff is awesome n welcoming.

4 star brand but 2 star property. It’s actually less clean than the Quality Inn hotel and the Holiday Inn Express. I’ve never stayed in a 4 star hotel that has duck tape to hold up hangers on doors or had trouble picking which one of the four dirty pillows to sleep on. I took photos of the pillows and towels to submit as proof. Regardless of the price of these rooms, I wouldn’t stay at this Radisson again.

Great price and location. Beds were comfortable

When we arrived the front desk lady was super accommodating as she let us check in 2 hrs before. Day 2: our room was not attended to, beds were not made and the floors could have been vacuumed or swept while we were out as we had a service dog with us during our stay. When we asked for clean linen the front desk lady was rude and did not accommodate.

Staff was friendly but the hotel itself seems neglected.

Had a lot of trouble checking in, something to do with their point of sale system rejected all my credit cards that are all in good standing. Ended up taking a very long time to check in and had to leave a $300 deposit. The room was fairly clean pretty standard nothing special. The television system is outdated and hard to navigate with limited programming. Bring a fire stick.

Great service - very friendly, polite staff! The building is showing signs of age, but is kept very clean. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, decent amenities. 1 issue - the tub in room 2107 is installed poorly such that, when showering, it traps water on top of the tub along the wall and it runs out creating a big puddle on the floor.

Most uncomfortable bed. No microwave and could not guarantee I could get a requested on.

Front desk was nice. Rooms were okay. Cleaning was inconsistent. Facility was in pretty rough condition (Foam patching around AC, missing flooring, broken curtains). Convenient location, easy to get to a store and WEM.

The hotel was ok and need more improvements(elevatorfloorwas ripped off). Little dirty and stains on the bed and pillow. Washroom sink is clogged.

Very good hotel for the price.

Good time

Rooms were clean. parking lot is in need of Repairs. An outdoor patio area or even a few benches to sit at would be nice addition for people to get some fresh air or while waiting for a ride.

Checked in and notice the hotel in disrepair, very warn and in need of repairs. Missing wallpaper and paint in halls. Got to our room and kids opened up the sofa bed to discover a ver dirty sheet. Also some hair elastics on the bathroom counter. I called and lady was very nice and started looking for a new room. She also informed me they didn’t have any house keeping in staff tonight (Friday) so we moved rooms. Our second room the sheets were clean but the water stain on the ceiling and missing paint was easily noticed, burn marks on the bathtub. Closet shelf had items there that should have been taken away god know how long ago. Over all I was disgusted and checked out after one night although we had two booked. Called to speak to a manager about getting compensated and was told I would have to call back Monday.

This building was old, had a pool but no hot tub. The ice machine didn’t work on one floor and had to go all the way to the fifth floor for ice. The refrigerator in the room don’t work and the only solution was to change rooms. The bathroom fan was rather noisy. No continental breakfast was offered.
