The best part about this property is the atrium and pool area. We only stayed for one night and my kids were in the pool three different times. Unfortunately, the water slide, which my children were looking forward to, was closed for renovations during our stay. The hotel was also under a lot of renovations including the rental rooms and painting of the railings. The room was updated and clean, but the pillows were not comfortable and I do wish they provided extra/different pillows to choose from. We ate at the restaurant on site which was just okay. After dinner my kids wanted to go to the arcade which was expensive and pretty small, and also very hot. We paid $15 plus tax for 60 credits, but each game took 8 to 10 credits which is very expensive. Overall, we would come back for the pool itself as it not something you'll find at the average hotel. They also had lifeguards on duty which was amazing.

The HVAC in the room was too loud. Impossible to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom floor needs attention. This is a newly renovated room. #272 Front desk staff and restaurant are amazing :)

We came to spend some fun time with the children at the pool and facility. We had a wonderful time. The hotel is very beautifully decorated. Staff very friendly and helpful. The pool was fun. The slide unfortunately was closed as they had to do some maintenance work which was very unfortunate.but they gave us breakfast vouchers to compensate for that. That was very much appreciated. It was our second time at this hotel because of the fun pool. Would definitely recommend this place.

Kids loved the pool and arcade. Adults loved the lage lounge area where we could gather everyone for a pizza dinner. Overall, we all loved the hotel and Shelly's restaurant.

This hotel has something for everyone. I really liked it. Rather than a high-rise, it was spread out and everywhere you went seem to be a little bit of an adventure from a vape waterfall and then you’re looking at toward the pool or you’re looking towards the gym the room was very nice. It was big modern and I thoroughly enjoyed my night there. Oh yes, I had breakfast in the restaurant and the food was excellent.

Waterside was closed during our stay unfortunately but otherwise the property is excellent.

The stay was otherwise fine; my children enjoyed the swimming pool. However, the heat did not work throughout the night, which was quite uncomfortable, especially since we were tired from our drive from the USA to Canada. We expected the heat to turn on soon, but it didn't, leaving us in the cold room all night. In the morning, we contacted maintenance, and they sent two heaters to the room. The rest of our journey was excellent.

Check in process was smooth. Hotel is large and pool is amazing. When we first arrived our door was already slightly open and there was a foul odour in the room. Called the front desk and they upgraded our room. Hotel staff delivered new keys. Went up to new room and outside the door was a dirty spoon. Hotel staff called us in new room to make sure everything was good (which was very nice) but didn’t feel like complaining further as we had a long travel day with a toddler and newborn. I understand the hotel is large and accommodates a large number of guests and events but I don’t believe the cleanliness is to par. There seems to be a lack of oversight and attention to detail. For the price I expect more from my stay.
