Excellent location very clean. Staff very helpful

This hotel was spotless! The cleaning crew was amazing. The breakfast is a typical continental breakfast, and very solid. Ample parking. The staff was exceptional. They coordinated taxi service for me, which was such a load off my mind. They also mitigated my own mistake in booking: I had missed a night that I needed when I originally entered my dates (my fault), so I made myself a second booking, thinking I'd just switch rooms and keep my stuff in my car during the affected day. But when I checked out from room 1, they were able to get me into room 2 right away, which I think is probably another point for the cleaning staff. Anyway, it was a nice surprise, since I was the one who had made a mistake in my booking. Very grateful to everyone!

Staff has great customer service. Happy that my dog had his complimentary items like toy, dog wipes, treat and bowl for water. We had a great time in Sidney!

Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. I loved that the lobby offered coffee, juices, fruit-infused water, and treats throughout the day. The room was spotless and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. The hotel staff were kind and friendly, which made the stay even better. Breakfast was fresh, well stocked, and had plenty of variety. A great stay overall.

Everything we needed and wanted was provided. Even a kettle in the room to make tea! Very happy with our stay.

The heating/fan/AC unit was very noisy and room was musty no matter how often I ran the fan. Only had 1.5 rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom and no backup rolls and had no tissues when I checked into the room. Otherwise, overall an okay place to stay for only 3-4 nights. Bed was okay, small gym but good equipment! More options than many hotel gyms. Staff was kind. Breakfast was ok- glad to have basics and to-go box! Not super ideal but sufficed for the purpose of this trip.

Stayed at this location for a hockey tournament. The room was clean and the staff were accommodating and very friendly. Nice complimentary breakfast. Convenient location. Walking distance to the shops, restaurants and ocean views. Would stay there again

Room was perfect for our needs, nice and quiet, and super blackout curtains! The only suggestion is the rooms need better wall plugs or heavier duty power bars. It was hard to find an outlet to plug in the kettle or cell phone. The supplied charger unit doesn’t fit all phones🙂 We’ll definitely stay here again. Thanks

Room was very clean. All staff very friendly and helpful. Some road and airport noise from windows. Need a hot tub room.

This property is in a convenient location close to the airport and several restaurants. As it is offset from the road we found it quiet. In the lobby there a number of extras including a coffee machine, apples, cookies and newspapers. The rooms were clean and seemed in good condition with comfortable beds and a good shower. The only negative was the bathroom area was small and cramped.

Clean room, good beds, location close to airport, and the staff made this the perfect stay for us.

We stayed at this hotel both leaving and returning from Mexico. It was perfect. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, it was close to a couple of grocery stores, very close to the airport, the breakfast was good and above all, the staff was lovely and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay again and we will certainly recommend this hotel to friends.
