Super friendly staff, hotel is really central close to everything!

Beautifully renovated building and quality fittings throughout. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable. Breakfast though not cheap is well worth it... a la carte option is available or the buffet which has a broad variety of food and freshly ground coffee on tap! My only negatives, the room we had provided no steet views and even though I had requested a double bed, our room had two singles, (hoping that this was not a homophobic stance by reception staff as the booking was clearly for one bed).

Located centrally and host to some of the biggest celebrities in the past, this comfortable hotel has is it all. Charm, character and a warm and friendly staff. I shall return

Very nice hotel with a spacious room. Bathroom was a little small but the rainfall shower was quite nice. Drain didnt work super well and we let the front desk know at checkout. Gym pretty well stocked and had a pool, hot tub, and sauna.

Excellent location at start of the old town . All the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The only criticism I have is that the shower glass door is not large enough and the bathroom floor gets very wet.

Entrance getting a refit so entry through the bar. No issue for us, but might have been for guests with mobility issues, although we didn’t see any. Great hotel in a great location and would definitely stay there again.

I could not understand why breakfast cost 35 Euros per person. Doesn't make sense. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and never paid more than $18.

Great location. Right behind the Town Hall, in front of an old church and away from the noise. Good walking distance to main attractions.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zu bemängeln ist lediglich, dass die Zimmer sehr hellhörig und das Bad im Standardzimmer mit Sicht zur Stadt sehr, sehr klein sind.

My boyfriend and I had an excellent stay and the proximity to all the old town is perfect and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Especially the lady who was on reception when we left on the morning of the 14th July, sorry should have got her name, helpful tips and got us a taxi cheaper due to her knowledge saying us 9/10 Euros. The hotel is beautiful and the decor was soothing. We LOVED the scent that you smell all the time and wanted to know what it was it was, so soothing. The breakfast was excellent, a lot of choice and if you have precooked you can order A La carte, recommend the Eggs Benedict. Perfect poached eggs. Also you could get Prosecco for breakfast along with plentiful juices. Thank you all, we will be back
