Amazing service! Beautiful hotel!

We stayed here as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children) and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The breakfast was one of the highlights. There was an impressive variety of fresh, high-quality food, and everything tasted amazing. It catered perfectly to both adults and children, making every morning a great start to the day. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and we all had a fantastic night's sleep. The hotel also had all the facilities we were looking for, making our stay both relaxing and convenient. Considering the quality of the hotel, the service, the breakfast, and the room, we felt the price was worth every penny. The only small downside was that the daily parking fee was a bit expensive. However, this was a minor issue compared to everything else the hotel had to offer. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to other families. We would definitely stay here again.

It was fine overall, conveniently located to the zoo and bus stop. The breakfast was good as was the coffee. The room we had was on the smaller side and not recently renovated, but everything worked and seemed clean. We had one quite old grey towel initially, but most of the other ones were acceptable. The pool was nice and the lawn around it was great for kids to meet other kids and run around. The portuguese steak sandwiches and aperols were great as were the "cookies" you get with your drinks in the tapas bar. They also accommodated a slightly later checkout for us. There's a restaurant Carvailo something down the hill to the left of the hotel that was very good, amazing grilled octopus and fish.

Staff was very helpful from Day 1 - from luggage assistance to dining and attraction recommendations. Room was clean and spacious enough for a family. Property was well maintained. Housekeeping staff fulfilled requests promptly. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a great variety of food for children and adults alike. We would definitely stay here again.

We were a family of 4 and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was lovely, great facilities, and mostly friendly staff. The food within the hotel was a bit on the expensive side so we ordered some food via Uber and ate that in the room. Were not allowed to eat externao food in any public spaces so confined to the hotel room for this, however we still loved the stay. We would definitely return to this hotel. Great staff support with our rooms, great cleaning.

Our room had just about every amenity we would want, including a refrigerator, a safe, an espresso maker, and a kettle for boiling water. There was a small balcony, and inside there comfortable seating for eating and for working, and both the desk and the bedside tables had USB ports as well as convenient electrical outlets. It was easy to control the bedside and room lights from either side of the large, comfortable bed. We don't use cable entertainment much, but we enjoyed watching the World Cup final in our room. Our quiet room overlooked the large pool and garden; I enjoyed doing Tai Chi by the pool and did swim once, when I took a day off from tourism and the meeting my wife was attending across the street at the Universidade Catolica. We paid an extra 50 euros per night for breakfast and access to the executive lounge, where an excellent buffet was presented each day from 17:30 to 19:30. Coffee, beer, wine, and soft drinks were available throughout the day. I have to say that the coffee pods in our room were MUCH better quality than the coffee served in the restaurant or the lounge. We stayed for ten days, and the Marriott restaurant coffee was the only bad coffee I drank in Lisbon. Do they really think no one will notice? The wine served in the lounge was not memorable. The beer was Sangres, the Portuguese national brand; I like dark beer, so I preferred Sangres Preta over Sangres Bock.

My stay was excellent. Marriott is the best in hospitality.

Excellent hotel. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Close to trains. The pool was a bit cool but we stayed during a heat wave which helped a lot. Love this hotel and will definitely be back.

Hotel com quartos amplos e confortáveis, ideal para famílias. A localização não é central, mas o acesso aos principais pontos turísticos é fácil de Uber. A piscina é agradável, porém a água estava bem gelada durante a nossa estadia.

The Air Conditioner didn’t work during an unusually hot summer

We needed a room the night before leaving the country and going to the airport. Everything was great. Great location, nice pool, good restaurant. Perfect for family
