Be aware they charge $20 for parking at check out, they gave us a parking pass and said to park wherever we find an opening and said nothing about having to pay $20 for a nights stay, unbelievable. Hotel is starting to show signs of age but was pretty clean otherwise. Shampoo was empty in the bathroom so had to use body wash. Charging for parking ($20) plus paying around $260 will not bring me back to this hotel.

Great gym and restaurants. The only complaint is the TV in the room and the limited movie channels.

Hotel was quiet, I was in the West Wing - newer part of hotel. The common areas were great, clean, new, felt upscale. The Room itself was mediocre for the nightly rate. Door to room was faulty, walls are quite thin. Roller shades stopped about 60% of the way, so couldn't enjoy the view. View of the back of the original hotel & concrete mechanical space was OK. Interior of Room was clean, the bathrooms were updated. Definitely not worth the price tag in the off season.

I rated it as very average. Nothing wrong and nothing great. The bedding was disappointing and it’s seen better days. Clean, fine, I liked the lemongrass body wash.

Did the trick

Our room was above their nightclub…had I known that this was the location of the room I would have cancelled and demanded a refund. We had no sleep (with an 8 year old who played hockey at 8am each morning)..because the Nightclub was booming music. Not a great location if you intend on traveling with kids, or need a decent night sleep.

Staff was great and accommodating and the rooms are a little dated but very clean and the hotel was really quiet which was a surprise.

Room was clean. First night, room across from us was up partying till 2:30am, no answer by front desk, so had to get dressed and go down to front desk to get someone to shut the party down, front desk agent was (entertained) by a group of individuals assuming had just left the bar, when security finally went up took another 45 mins of this group in the hall ways continuing they’re night, multiple other guests popped thier heads out to ask the group to leave. Completely unacceptable the entire evening. Hot water appeared not to work in shower, was told by front desk to let it run for 10-15minutes before expecting anything, hottub not working. 2 of the 4 front desk agents were less than accommodating with the issues. Price was right, but wouldn’t bother staying again.

Stayed here to rest, but unfortunately that didn’t happen. It turns out the hotel was full of kids and teenage teams (basketball, hockey) as well as concert-goers. I completely understand that a hotel needs to rent rooms to everyone, but unfortunately the behavior of some groups was not managed well. There were kids playing basketball in their rooms around 11 pm, and drunk people arriving around 2:30 am, getting into arguments in the hallways. Doors were constantly opening and slamming as if it was the first time some guests had stayed in a hotel. We were woken up several times during the night and did not get any proper rest. When I spoke with other guests, they shared the same concerns about the noise and disruption. Additionally, the Mercedes-Benz EV chargers were unavailable because large non-EV trucks were parked in the charging spots, which was disappointing and poorly managed. Overall, this was not a restful stay, and based on this experience I’m not planning to stay here again.
