We loved the relaxed feel Of the hotel and our little Boy really enjoyed and mini discos and meeting other children. Please please please heat the children’s pool as you would get a lot more children in there if you did. We found ourselves going in the smaller pool in the main area as that was the only one heated

Lovely hotel not sure if it’s 5 star. We had half board in a Preferred room which included the use of the spa for an hour which was good. The food at the buffet was nice but only lukewarm even when it just replenished. There were plenty of sun loungers and pool towels. Some of the garden areas could be better maintained. The location was great, a short walk to the marina and beside a beautiful beach .

It is an excellent hotel, the customer service is fantastic and the rooms as well as the rest of the hotel is kept very clean.

Booked last minute for a minimoon. My Wife and I had a fantastic time. The hotel is in prime location and the amenities and staff simply cannot be faulted.

Très bel endroit avec un accueil au top. Accès facile sur la plage. Le personnel est sympathique.

Notre séjour a été au delà de nos attentes. Dès notre arrivée, avant même la remise des clés, nous avons été accueillis avec égard (une serviette pour nous nettoyer les mains, un rafraîchissement). Ensuite, le personnel tout au long du séjour a été très serviable, souriant et nous a même aidé par rapport à une excursion que nous avions pris en dehors de l’hôtel. Nous avons vraiment senti la différence par rapport au service français. Je connaissais déjà Lanzarote pour l’avoir visité 2 fois et honnêtement je ne suis jamais déçue, mais cet hôtel a coché toutes les cases : super emplacement, nourriture très bonne, employés sympathiques, prestations à la hauteur, belles piscines, beaux espaces communs.

How this is rated 5 star, I will never know. Rooms are average, food is sub prime. The worst are the staff who are really not friendly and so begrudging to have to help you out.

Thoroughly enjoyed our short break here (4 nights). Highly recommend it.

A very nice hotel, perfect for all ages. Location is great. Swimming pools are great. Lots of room in hotel, centainly didn’t feel busy. Breakfast was brilliant, plenty of selection and well presented. Beds and pillows very very good. Preferred amenities were excellent. Price for Alchohol was reasonable, but not as cheap as local bars/reataurants. Peaceful in the day and evening.

Great location , great staff , great pools. Good a la carte. Buffet is poor and its noisy enough in the rooms can hear next door and people up and down the long corridor. Entertainemnt at night was way too loud couldnt even hold a conversation with people at the table overall an enjoyable stay

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Das Personal war durchweg super nett und aufmerksam – man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt, was uns besonders wichtig ist. Auch die Umgebung ist einfach wunderschön, mit einer tollen Aussicht auf Fuerteventura. Die Poollandschaft ist ebenfalls richtig schön angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Das absolute Highlight war aber das Essen – unglaublich vielfältig und qualitativ top! Besonders cool fanden wir die einzelnen Restaurants, die man abends besuchen konnte. Insgesamt einfach eine klare Empfehlung!
