This hotel is located very close to the airport. There is a bus stop 1 min away that takes you to departures for £2. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. The rooms are quite small but fine for 1 night. Check in and out is simple. We've stayed a number of times now and have always been very satisfied.

Easy access to the airport and easy to find. I was a little surprised to be charged for a non secure car park. Room was clean and suited purpose of airport stay.

Needs more signage for people arriving in the dark

The staff were really lovely and overall it was clean and right near the airport. Our toilet would not flush but we only stayed for one night, we reported it but it was fully booked, instead staff offered a free drink and did there best. Think property needs refurbishment but other than that can not complain.

Fine for airport

A quick overnight stay at an airport hotel - bar food wasn’t particularly amazing but acceptable nevertheless. Room was what you would expect for an airport hotel. Hotel is very convenient for mid stay car park and the terminal was walkable in around 10 minutes. Would definitely stay again next time we have an early flight from Luton.

Very cheap price, 5 mins walk to airport. Very quick check in. Room was clean and spacious. Tea, coffee and milk provided in room. Hot shower. I couldn't hear any noise from other guests.

This was a good budget choice for an overnight stay. The Ibis is a 10 to 15 minute walk from the terminals. Be warned there are a couple of steep-enough hills which could cause a problem for the mobility impaired, those with big cases, and parents with young children.

Toom.was clean Staff welcoming and friendly. Did t have breakfast as had an early flight to catch.

Hotel for airport convenience only, can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t have this. Walk to terminal is 10mins but otherwise pokey not particularly clean. Dated and not worth the price, but limited choice for convenience to terminal first thing in the morning

Staff were really lovely, a clean property. Just what you need for a good night’s sleep before your flight.

We used this hotel to stay the night before an early flight. We arrived late at night (almost 10pm) and checked in swiftly. The room was comfortable however the bath had marks in it and the shower pressure was very poor. The water would only run cool but it was 33 degrees during the day so we didn't mind too much; had I visited during winter, it would have been an issue.

Close to the airport, clean room and the food in the hotel also good. Will definitely return when I fly from this airport again.

The hotel's location was very convenient, and a short walk to the airport. The bar area was pleasant and clean. The room was quiet, and checking in and out were both smooth and straightforward

I was warmly welcomed in an efficient friendly manner. Room was good. Unfortunately as I was getting readyvto leave for my early morning flight I became unwell. I had dizziness and sickness. The early morning staff were very helpful to me. As I was suffering badly with sickness they called an ambulance and I was taken to the local hospital.
