Room was decent although bed wasn’t the most comfortable I’ve slept in. A lot of places around the hotel could do with a lick or touch up of paint. Breakfast at hotel was good with good selection of everything but bar menu prices are on the expensive side so don’t eat there. Pool was decent. A nice stay but I wouldnt stay again. I would give it 7/10.

Unfortunately, we could not use the pool on the day we checked in as it was full to the capacity and on the second day one of the children had pooed in the pool so we were a little bit upset not to be able to use this facility as that is why we booked this hotel. We have stayed here many times before and enjoyed it. We are also members of the q hotel system, but we have never received any special offer for any weekend specials in regards to this hotel. Maybe you could look into this and come back to me kind regards, Ron Bixley.

Lovely amenities. The games room and pool made it enjoyable even with the weather being horrid. Loved the little touches like small water bottles and biscuits in the room. Only downside was the shower being a bit tricky to control.

A nice stay, pool was overly busy though meaning we couldn’t go in when we wanted to. Fire alarm went off at 2a.m. which disrupted sleep!

Room was an average size ( paid for the deluxe) was abit underwhelming and the shower did not work. Was not able to use the spa until others left as it was so so busy so we had to wait around and check to see if we could use it a few times but this was the sunday of valentines.

Great hotel, nice rooms, good food

Room has been refurbished, new carpet and nice décor - impressed. Decent food in the bar and easy/free parking. Convenient for M40. Only complaint was shower pressure poor and temperature kept fluctuating - both evening and morning. Otherwise a good overall hotel.

Breakfast was fresh and of high quality. Swimming pool is heated and with children allowed slots and was enjoyable for the family.

Enjoyable stay over the festibe period. Nice little touches like complimentary tea and coffee in the bar, also enjoyed the live music which was on offer during our stay. Games room went down well with the kids!

Food was excellent Christmas dinner

Room tired. Needs a repaint. Decor awful nothing matched. Drab throughout. Bar room didnt have a single free table without dirty glasses or food plates How this is 4 star is beyond me. Staff were friendly and helpful but seemed thin on the ground. Would definitely not recommend or return

Stay in this hotel weekly on business. I like it. Great check-in service, hotel is modern and clean, room spacious and bed comfy, restaurant/bar nice atmosphere and food. Will stay again.

Booked a superior double room which was fairly spacious and big enough for the 3 of us. Room very clean and the complimentary items in the mini bar were a nice touch. Service from the staff was excellent. Very friendly and was given numerous restaurant recommendations when I asked at Reception. Staff in the dining room were also welcoming and courteous, with one lady going out of her way to have a friendly chat with my young son. Very good facilities on offer. Pool area was nice, relaxing atmosphere and pool temperature was warm. Good games room and added bonus of a cinema room which makes it very appealing for families. Changing rooms could do with a little TLC (one of the shower rails had completely fallen apart) and are on the small side but it didn't spoil our experience. Food at breakfast was good, not absolutely stunning but of good quality and enough choice.

Great location. Warm welcome. All information needed was given. Staff friendly throughout, from reception to bar and restaurant staff. Room clean and well set out. Lovely and warm. Wife made use of the pool which she enjoyed. Food was lovely and reasonably priced.

The hotel and the staff are lovely. Being able to swim with our child in the evening and morning was great, breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Really enjoyed our stay!
