We stayed one night, before our long haul flight home. This was the most comfortable bed I slept in, in all of Europe!! And the breakfast that was included, was incredible. It was the perfect stop before heading home.

Very clean and comfortable room. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad and it was absolutely amazing! The staff was very friendly and professional.

The amenities and the hotel itself need a refreshment . Too old and in some parts of the hotel very dirty

Airport shuttle every 30 minutes. Lovely hotel.

AC was not working. A fan was provided and windows opened which is not great when you are a few hundred metres from Heathrow runway. Staff were friendly. Room, other than heat, was comfortable.

Unfortunately, our stay at the Radisson Blu Heathrow was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. From the moment we arrived, no one offered to assist with our luggage despite us traveling with multiple suitcases. The check-in process was also quite slow, resulting in an unnecessarily long wait after our journey. When we entered the room, the air conditioning was not working properly, leaving the room warm and humid, which made it uncomfortable to relax and sleep. In addition, although we had specifically requested an additional sofa bed for our child, it had not been prepared before our arrival. Overall, the stay felt very average and fell short of the level of service we expected from the Radisson Blu brand. While the staff were courteous when approached, the lack of attention to basic guest needs and comfort significantly impacted our experience. I hope the hotel addresses these issues to provide a better experience for future guests.

Highly recommended. Excellent bar and restaurant and the room was clean, very comfortable bed and large bath.

We were experiencing a heatwave. But the staff were reassuring all the guests that fans were available if needed. I was upgraded because I'm a gold member on Hotels.com (love these little perks). The upgrade did not disappoint. Had lunch in the restaurant, which was delicious. Had the butter chicken and rice, beautiful. I had dinner in my room. The AC worked great, staff extremely helpful, even though they were very busy. There's a reason why I keep going back to this hotel. Never disappoints!

Great pre flight stay, comfortable

We arrived late at night after a concert in Hyde Park and faced a long check‑in queue. Normally I wouldn’t mind, but the man on the desk was in no rush at all. When another couple asked for his name to make a complaint, he refused and just moved them elsewhere. When I finally got to my room on a very hot day, the air conditioning was broken and the heating was stuck on it felt like a cauldron. Staff came to look but said it was a known issue and could not be fixed. With no other rooms available, I asked to cancel and get a refund, which the desk agreed to. I ended up sleeping in my car and woke with severe back and joint pain. The next morning, a more helpful member of staff said Expedia must process the refund since I booked through them but after two days, Expedia still cannot get anyone at the hotel to answer calls. Stressful, uncomfortable, and no resolution. I will never stay at a Radisson again and cannot recommend this place.

The lobby of the hotel is lovely. The rooms were clean enough - but needed a renovation - especially the bathroom. The check in was disorganized and chaotic.

I booked this hotel because they said there was an airport shuttle but when I asked they said they don’t go to terminal 4
