Chambres rafistolées qui nécessitent une rénovation complète. Panne d’eau chaude et malheureusement aucune compensation même symbolique proposée aux clients. La prestation n’est clairement pas au niveau du prix facturé.

Super chambre. Personne à l accueil très agréable. Nous avons dîné au restaurant pour une très grande table et bonne humeur pour le service. Plat très bon

The staff were very courteous and attended to all my needs. Breakfast was great! I liked that they had small frying pans where you could crack and fry your own eggs. I’ll stay there again and recommend the hotel to my friends.

We were there to visit friends so didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel.

Hôtel propre mais cependant au vu du prix et du standing attendu dans un Novotel cet hôtel est décevant. chambre mal rénovée, dans son jus ...malgré accessoires et attentions fournies cela ne suffit pas au vu du prix ce la nuit.

Mariage juste à côté avec d’énorme nuisance sonore qui nous a réveillé de très nombreuses fois Le pire rester à venir quand nous avons découvert notre véhicule complètement rayé des 2 côtés Réponse de l’hôtel effectivement c’est déjà arrivé, faut porter plainte 😡

Old property with spruced up lobby. Once passed the lobby, carpets are dirty, walls are banged up, rooms are old, mattresses covered with plastic mattress covers, noisy, bad insulation.

Didn’t match the photos online at all, was quite tired and dirty and no proper pavement around the hotel

The hotel’s truck loading was extremely loud and woke up our entire family at 7:30 AM. When we mentioned this at check-out, the manager simply said we should have called reception. But what would that have changed? We were already awake by then.
