The Novotel reception was under construction so we had to go through the neighbour Ibis hotel. The swimming pool was really nice , beautiful and perfect temperature. Although the biggest problem was the presence of wasps all over the swimming pool

Room was clean but the right side of the bed was too close to the wall Staff were very helpful

Le personnel est très accueillant et très professionnel. Le seul souci c’est que l’hôtel est vétuste non conforme à ce qui est vendu sur le site. Je suis vraiment déçu de ce séjour, le petit déjeuner était très correct pour un hôtel, quatre étoiles, la douche, les chambres c’est une catastrophe

We got a friendly and efficient reception. Unfortunately, that proved to be the only good aspect of our stay. We received an email the day before arrival telling us that we should check in at the neighbouring Ibis hotel due to work on the Novotel reception. There was no mention of extensive work going on in the restaurant/bar area. I have no idea whether the restaurant was even open as signage directed you in to what looked like building work. Contrast this with another hotel on our trip where far more minor work was going on that had no effect on our stay. However, we received three messages prior to our stay informing us of work being carried out. I feel that we should have received far more pre stay information regarding the work and should have received it much earlier than the day before arrival. Our room looked dated and in need of a complete overhaul. It was far below the standard we’ve experienced at other Novotels. Very disappointing.

Manque d’amabilité du personnel, Aucun lit bébé disponible alors que la réservation a été prise pour un bébé de 2ans et surtout aucun message pour nous avertir, chambre mal insonorisée, nous entendions tous les clients dans les escaliers, aucun ascenseur… bref une fois pas deux!

Op doorreis vanuit Spanje naar NL was dit een goed gekozen pleisterplaats. Meteen naast peage keuze uit wel 20 hotels. Ik koos voor Novotel vanwege goede eerdere ervaringen. Ze stelden niet teleur. Het enige onhandige vond ik douchen in een badkuip met een douchescherm tot halverwege het bad. Dan alles nat, zeker met die geweldige waterstraal! Maar uiteindelijk is dat het probleem van housekeeping.
