No Air Conditioning. Tattered and generally grubby. Broken toilet set. Leaking toilet. No Air Conditioning. Shuttle is not guaranteed, you can not make a reservation and you are dependent on whether an authorized driver shows up. In our case they did not and we were scrambling to get to the airport. No Air Conditioning. Broken microwave.

The place was a DUMP. It was filthy, the AC was broken, the microwave was broken, the window wouldn't close/open without a great deal of effort, and the other guests were quite noisy.

Great staff, the temp housing makes it difficult for them but they were all fantastic.

Had I known that there was no air conditioning in this place I never would have booked. And because I booked online with Expedia I cannot cancel and get my money back.

Great place to stay while in the airport area.

Paper thin walls noises from next door. Hair dryer switch broken. Pool closed. Luckily hot tub working.beds were comfortable. Lack of breakfast.

Room tidied every morning which was not expected or necessary. Close to numerous eateries. Easy to locate facility. Secure facility at late hours.

The staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean. The beds are comfortable. Noise was a bit of an issue, but was not a deal breaker. Overally very satisfied.

It was nice

Had an early flight, front desk called at 9 and then again at 9:30 to ask if everything was ok. Would have appreciated the call at 7 not 930 when I was trying to sleep. Kids jumping into the hot tub was also not something I enjoyed. Lifeguard did nothing but talk to each other. Room was nice, bathroom was huge Hallways smelled amazing. Best air freshener I’ve ever smelled

My room was connected to the pool area. When I opened my curtain in the morning I was staring at all the people eating breakfast in the restaurant- there was also no AC and the air vent went direct to the pool side so it was bright and shining through. If I had kids to bring I can see it as a fun place I’d want to stay - but I stayed for a business trip and not the best choice for that as wifi and cell bar service was also choppy

No air conditioning, wifi and cell reception are terrible

Room was clean, nothing fancy. It had a hairdryer which was a bonus. Was a bit noisy in the corridor outside, but not a deal breaker.
