Rating & Review Keseluruhan Comfort Suites Red Bluff near I-5

A nice stop during our road trip south. The room was very spacious. It was nice to have a pool and spa to relax in. Conveniently across the street from Applebee’s. Breakfast was what I expected of hotel free breakfasts. My only observation was the carpets really could use either a good cleaning or an update.

I really enjoy this hotel when visiting family. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The AC is ice cold and the balconies are an added feature. The shower is hot and breakfast is delicious! I've stayed a few times here and this time I got bed that wasn't good. I could feel the springs. I didn't let the hotel know because I found a spot in the bed that was comfortable enough. This trip I enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which were well taken care of and refreshing.

Hotel was comfortable and very clean. Front desk was helpful and enthusiastic about our trip to Lassen Volcanic Park. The room was quite large.

Rooms are very spacious but need some upgrades…on the old side. Staff was good and helpful…breakfast was solid.

They gave us a room right next to the front desk. It was a very loud. Got no sleep.

Lady in cafeteria was rude to my child. Seemed to not care his dad is bed ridden and can't walk to cafeteria

The room size was great and the bed was super comfortable. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast area was very clean and the food choices were great.

Nice hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was large with plenty of work space.

The bathroom paint job was unprofessional. The toilet handle broke but was fixed by maintenance but then the chain to the flapper came off in the middle of the night so I fixed that. Then the new toilet flush flapper always stuck open all because the parts were not new, just cobbled. Housekeeping had to be requested to change towels. The wash clothes and towels had stains and looked gross. Loud noises in the parking lot at night. Breakfast sucked!

I was surprised at how comfy and roomy the room was. It had ice cold a/c and a quiet interior. The bed was cozy and the sheets were so soft. There were a variety of firm and soft pillows. The fridge worked well and the balcony was a nice surprise on the third floor. Lastly, the breakfast was great! I had waffles every morning with delight!

The breakfast was awesome, but the pool wasn't useable because of debris from a tree.
