Friendly staff, clean rooms, fun pools, delicious breakfast lunch and dinner buffers! Highly recommend!

Si muy surtido tenia vista al jardin

It was my first time there recommended by one of my aunts. Amazing staff was not on us about tips as it always is in Mexico. This place was amazing. I did upgrade to premiere which was totally worth it. Best whiskey is the best Tequilas a private bar for us. It was amazing. The food all inclusive was also really good.

Extremely comfortable and the staff was great

What a wonderful stay!! From the moment we checked in, we were made to feel special, and that added to exactly why we were there - for three days of complete and utter relaxation away from work! Everyone was so kind and they took time to talk to us and get to know us. Gina was our waitress for all the days we were poolside, and she’s an absolute gem! She would chat with us about the area, which made us get out and explore a bit (although not too much, as the amenities are wonderful on site, so we wanted to take full advantage). But she was delightful and helpful, and seeing her each day was a joy. As for the food…I’m not a buffet fan, but this was incredible! So many options for all three meals, and each cooked beautifully. I like a bit more heat with my meals, but I understand why seasoning when cooking in bulk is at a minimum, but they have all the additions you could possibly want to make the dish your own. We did book the Mexican restaurant one evening, and it was delicious! Crab enchiladas are a no-brainer! The amount of fresh crab in them was insane!! We had a wonderful experience in a gorgeous ocean facing suite, watching the sunset with the cargo ships in the background. Exactly what we needed, and 10/10 will put this place on our rotation for a lovely little getaway!

Lo único malo es que solo te dan una opción en 3 dias para un restaurante de especialidad cuando en losmotrao hotel de renombre todos los dias puedes reservar para restaurante de especialidad y en Barcelo solo te dan una recuperación si te hospedas 3 noches

Yes we have wonderful time

The hotel is very beautiful, but the rooms have very old furniture, mattresses, sheets and blankets. The rooms towels are very old, hard and with a musty smell. The private beach smelled of a drain and we could not enjoy the sun beds, because the guests had them aside and it is uncomfortable to be bothering to take a chair, in my opinion I think there is a lack of coordination. I loved the restaurants and the access to the massages inside the property. Thank you.

El hotel está bien conservado, los alimentos no son muy buenos, la verdad si le invirtieran al área de alimentos dejarías pasar todo lo demás

Overall, beautiful location. However, for an all inclusive it was just so so. The staff are very friendly and amazing. The drinks are low quality as well as the food. Weird dress code rules that are only followed sometimes. Crowded pools with people that never leave for hours. I thought I would give this property another try this year and unfortunately, I will be looking for a different property to stay at next year.

Todo está muy bien, solo agregare que hacen falta más bancas para tomar el sol, las que hay no son suficientes heramos varias personas que andábamos dando vueltas buscando una banca para recostarnos junto a las albercas o en la playa y duramos mucho tiempo para encontrar algunas desocupadas, fuera de eso todo excelente

Habitación con chinches, gotera del aire acondicionado e instalaciones viejas.

De todo Manzanillo es el único que he visto con mejor servicio: toda la comida muy buena, habitación diario limpia, playa privada y muy atentos a resolver problemas.
