For a Sheraton, I would expect a higher quality. The room was clean, but old. The furnitures are OLD, the bathtub makes sounds (cracking). Only one elevator was working and it was a long weekend and you can imagine the line ups in front of it… However, the staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was good.

All the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, especially Ivana and the other lovely ladies at breakfast!

Overall good stay, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Property is definitely beginning to show its age, but for the price, can't complain too much. Pool was a bit cold but still enjoyable. On-site restaurant has all day happy hour on Friday and Saturday which was awesome.

Breakfast was good. Staff Afridita is wonderful, looking after the dining well, making sure everyone has a good breakfast

I would choose this hotel again.

Ants in the bathroom. Called for it be cleaned, came back many hours later, ants still there. Went to desk after returning, guy came and cleaned it. Went back in washroom, found 3 more ants. He came back to clean them, still found 1. Next morning, found 5 more. Oh, and the trash bins were stilly not clean when we first came, and the guy didn’t clean it after I asked him to. We should have been given a different room. We were given free breakfast, which was pretty good actually, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was not clean at all. The bathroom floor had hair on it and the counter wasn’t cleaned. We arrived late so we just cleaned it ourselves. The room was quite run down and needed a good cleaning. There was gum stuck to the floor and the counter had crumbs on it. Other reviews were good at this hotel so that is why we stayed but we were not impressed and wouldn’t stay here again.

Close to everywhere we wanted to go!

Room was comfortable but did notice some stuff worn out like small sitting chair and some coffee stains like 2 days in. Just didn't look like it was new stain. Just reported it.

Room was clean, but the drawers between the beds kept sliding open- needs repair. The sink facet in the room is leaking making the counter wet. The lobby staff were fabulous. They were very helpful.

It was a very excellent stay we ask the staff if they could clean there room and we’re really helpful to us! I would recommend coming here as there are nice staff and amenities that come with it! Overall I would come back if I had the chance!❤️

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, check in and check out were fast and easy. The hotel restaurant was great! Some parts of our room were dated, but functioning. No complaints here. Would highly recommend if you want an affordable hotel that’s clean and comfortable!
