Conforme aux attentes

the airline cancelled my flight and could not get another one on time, tried to cancelled but they declined, as per "policies", I think they should have an open mind and take in consideration the reason why sometimes people cancel. Expedia did not help at all, as I could not reach the hotel to cancel directly, in the site it gives you instructions to cancel but never directly to the hotel, so this was awful for us. thanks

Tout s'est très bien passé : accueil, propreté et confort de la chambre. Parking gratuit. Zone calme malgré l'environnement (proximité Orly)

Hotel para dormir uma noite perto do aeroporto, atendimento no restaurante péssimo, recepção atendimento bom, hotel normal

Hotel limpo, bem localizado pra quem precisa ir ao aeroporto de Orly (com transfer gratuito), bom café da manhã e boas instalações. O único ponto a ser observado foi a aspereza dos funcionários da recepção. Pessoas nesse tipo de serviço devem ser mais simpáticas (acredito ser um dos pré requisitos para contratação).

Accueil agréable, chambre spacieuse, propre et bien équipé. Restaurant avec service chaleureux et très bon produit. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

O hotel tem instalações novas e bem cuidadas, o quarto estava limpo, além de estar muito próximo do aeroporto de Paris (Orly), o que facilita o retorno. O hotel oferece o serviço de transfer, sem cobranças, o que também é um ponto positivo. Contudo, para quem vai à passeio, a localização é afastada dos pontos turísticos. Assim como fiz, aconselho a estadia apenas no dia da volta, para ficar mais próximo do aeroporto e evitar chegar atrasado no embarque.

Bon hôtel et personnel surtout niveau restauration très sympa Bus pour Orly bondé mais le personnel se met en quatre pour trouver une solution On a vu le chef cuisine nous faire un très bon repas la veille et nous voyant ne pas pouvoir prendre la navette pour orly a pris sa voiture perso pour nous amener Encore un très grand merci a ce messieur

It's only convenient if you are going to the disco a block away from it. The room was small, and they gave us a double and a sofa bed even though I booked a double and 2 twin beds. I told the front desk about this, and they insisted my booking was for a sofa bed. This was incorrect. I have the confirmation that says 2 twin beds (I never book a sofa bed). The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and gave us back pain. The ladies at the front were helpful, and the hotel had a water fountain. But, there was no access to public transit, which makes it more expensive to move in Uber. Also they offer shuttle but the shuttle only works between 5am and midnight. You have to hire an uber if you need to be at the airport at 3am. Breakfast was good. They had a restaurant downstairs and some kids' activities. It's not far from Orly Airport.
