Wir sind mehrmals auf Scanhotels City - früher Radisson Blu - gewesen, Wir reisen oft in Deutschland, und dieses Hotel ist das beste Hotel das wir je erlebt haben: Grosse Zimmer, hervorragende Betten = ein schönes Schlaf, ein höfliches und hilfbereiches Personal, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, und ein absolut superb Frühstücks Buffet. Wir sehen uns ganz bestimmt wieder!!!

Das Personal muss man eindeutig hervorheben, alle sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind der Oberknaller, sie sind sehr modern eingerichtet und der Zustand der Möbel ist hervorragend. Das Bett und der Hafenblick waren fantastisch. Die Parksituation in der Tiefgarage war auch sehr genial, man kann das Einkaufscenter mit Shops und Supermarkt direkt durch die Tiefgarage erreichen. Alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich, dieses Hotel ist auf jeden Fall uneingeschränkt Empfehlenswert. Wir werden garantiert wiederkommen.

Nice hotel indeed. Spent 2 nights in family room. Best breakfast, nice staff, cosy sauna area and rooftop bar and terrasse. View over Rostock and street cars right in front. We would not hesitate to visit again.

Ausstattung, Betten und Frühstück waren super. Kommen gern wieder.

Was soll man groß schreiben. Tolles Hotel mit Blick auf den Hafen. Sauna, Fitnessraum, Rooftop Bar, Restaurant und Mega Frühstücksbuffet :-) Sehr sauberes Hotel. Klimatisierte Zimmer, Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden (kostenplichtig). Super nettes Personal. Sehr empfehlenswert !!

Sehr nettes und kompetentes Personal. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber. Die Möglichkeit, auf die Zimmerreinigung zu verzichten und sich dafür an der Minibar bedienen zu dürfen, finde ich großartig!

Great location near the ocean and many restaurants. Modern and very well maintained. Parking is convenient with ramp parking under the hotel. Only complaint is that the air conditioning does not get very cold but this is fairly normal in Europe.

If you want a carefree stay, don't book at this hotel. At checkout, they say you still have to pay for the night, even though you indicate you had already done so when booking. The receptionist said that due to the takeover, all their information is incorrect and if the payment is double, they will refund it to the customer. Don't hand over your credit card, because they'll just charge all the unexplained amounts to you. After eight phone calls, four emails and two weeks later we finally got our money back. No apology or compensation for the time we spent sorting out their paperwork. Again, don't book this hotel if you want a carefree stay, because you'll have plenty of hassles after staying at this hotel.
