Great place to stay for an event

Great location

The Ibis is looking a little old and the bathroom definitely needs updating or replacing. Excellent customer service and breakfast was pretty good.

Everything. Staff were polite and obliging.

Staff was extremely helpful and very kind after a very stressful trip there. Bed was very comfortable.

Clean, friendly and convenient

Hotel is a bit old but overall safe and clean. Was here for a concert. Well worth the stay than trying to catch trains at Mid-night

Customer service, cleanliness & location were amazing. Very quiet (noise wise), even though we stayed during the first days of the Easter Show & the hotel was fully booked. Buffet breakfast was very nice. Lots of eateries very close by. Super convenient transport wise. Only comment is that the rooms are very basic & the bathrooms are in need of upgrade. No toiletries except body wash provided.

The staff were amazing, the hotel was clean and tidy. Noise stopped about 11pm so was able to fet a good night sleep. The only criticism is they spray air fresher/strong scent in the room. lm someone who has a purfume allergy, so take your histamine with you if your the same.

They gave me a room upgrade. Woo hoo.

Perfect location as we were attending a concert at Qudos. Reception staff were great. Basic accommodation but beds were comfortable and room was tidy.

Convenient to functions

Although the room was small, it was adequate for our one night stay for an event at Qudos Arena which was within walking distance.

Was a nice and simple check in , staff were friendly and helpful .
