Flawless stay from start to finish. Beautiful drive to hotel, winding through lots of vineyards and countryside. Grounds and chateau very stunning. Dinner was devine and staff all very helpful and friendly.

We had a very relaxing long weekend with the family. Great location. Easy to park. Great service. Lovely rooms which were cleaned very well and very promptly each day. Friendly staff and fantastic food. We have visited before and will continue to visit in the future!

Superbe établissement, personnel sympa et attentif. Excellent restaurant étoilé (Les Fresques). Séjour fort agréable. La carte du restaurant le Bistrot devrait proposer des salades à midi pour ceux qui veulent manger léger. Golf moyen, sans grand intérêt.

Excellent hotel - very enjoyable stay

5 star luxury all round

Staff was warm, food very good, rooms very nice!

Really enjoyable stay. We ate in the bistro which was fab but unfortunately the Michelin restaurant was fully booked all weekend. Only real fault was breakfast buffet was poor and not stocked up.

Deux jours de détente dans une belle région dans un très beau cadre avec un restaurant étoilé « remarquable ».

Le calme et la gentillesse de tout le personnel

C’est un très bel hôtel propice au repos et à la détente. Une décoration rafinée et une propreté irréprochable. Un gros coup de coeur pour les 2 restaurants qui sont d’une grande qualité ! Cependant certains points sont surprenants au regard du standing de l’hôtel : une chambre prestige avec un vue sur le parking alors que sur le site ils annoncent jardin ou golf, le petit déjeuné et très très décevant pour un 4 étoiles et surtout pour le prix de 26€ par personnes et enfin un accès au spa (sauna, hammam, jaccuzzi) facturé 19€ pour 2h par personnes ! C’est un hôtel qui je pense à du mal à tenir les deux bouts financièrement et cela en raison des frais d’entretien colossaux du parcours de golf, c’est pour cela que tout est facturé en plus.

Idéal pour les golfeurs mais pas que. Un bel établissement situé près de Monbazillac et Bergerac avec une excellente restauration. Possibilité de louer de magnifiques vélos électriques pour de belles ballades dans la région. Eviter chambre 12 à l'arrière de l'hôtel sans vue.

The hotel is fantastic as the experience to stay there. The front desk service is excellent - could not be better. The breakfast and the service at det he breakfast was excellent - especially considering these challenging times. The food at the bistro was very good but the service is not.
