Comfortable beds, great customer service, the pool and spa are amazing. Very recommended.

I was charged for Hotel service fee which was shown on my Expedia statement. This was an unexcepted charge which expedia should have total me. I would have not stayed at the Florida Hotel.

The front desk staff amazing, all so nice and very detailed. The room beautiful and so clean. The parking gated so safe and, the mall was the biggest for us. Love our stay,I will recommended to my family and friends. Thank you for an awesome stay.

Beautiful clean and elegant. There was a bonsai convention with Free access to the exhibit. Staff was pleasant.

Really enjoyed our stay at The Florida Hotel. Obviously very convenient to the Florida Mall which was great on a very hot Florida day. Who doesn’t love an air condition shopping mall on a hot day. Staff at front desk were very polite and helpful also

Nice rooms and love that it’s attached to the mall. But hotel parking fills up quick at night and hard to find a spot inside the gate.

Great place to stay and is a beauty

I had a very pleasant stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, parking was easy and convenient, and the hotel itself, while a little older, was clean and comfortable. Everything felt well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Very good hotel

Phenomenal accommodations. Will certainly stay again!! Nice and welcoming staff, clean atmosphere, quiet area, comfy beds, nice fountain view / photo op, variety of food options, and inside and directly accessible to the entire mall. Everything you need is right there in walking distance. Never have to leave out in your car.

It was ok

The hotel is in the middle of a large mall. You have all the amenities around. Starbucks, Chick Fla, Macey's and many more.
