Great hotel in a fabulous location

Variety of breakfast was great. Excellent location.

Habitación limpia, amplia. El personal muy amable. La ubicación excelente, a 1 minuto de la plaza del tórico.

Good size room, good location, great breakfast, parking needs to be booked or there's a walk to number 2 parking area. Overall very reasonable.

I would not recommends to solo traveler. Although I paid full price for a room, because I am traveling solo, I got a room that looked more like a closet or short hallway with a twin bed. Thus has not happened to me in any other place . Also I had to pay for public parking away from the hotel because the parking is so small (at most 10 spots), I could not secure a spot even though I arrived relatively early . However , the quality of the room is good and it is clean and well located . The service in the restaurant for diner was great .

Big and clean room, friendly staff and everything right there in short walking distance.

El hotel bien situado. La habitación pequeña. El cuarto de baño grande pero lavabo pequeño. La media pensión que entra desayuno y cena. Desayuno más o menos bien la cena horrible.

El baño teñía un olor a cloaca. Tuvimos que cerrar la puerta toda la noche. A primera hora hemos encendido el extractor puesto para aliviar el olor antes de la ducha, una pena, porque el hotel esta situado en un entorno ideal.

Hôtel très bien situé en centre ville qui permet de faire toutes les visites à pied .Le parking de l'hôtel n'a pas pu nous accueillir car complet et trop petit. Nous avons dû aller dans un parking municipal situé 150 m plus loin ce qui n'est pas un réel pb sauf pour le transport des bagages.

Prima hotel op Centraal gelegen locatie. We waren er op maandag en dan zijn ‘s avonds helaas niet alle winkels en restaurants open. Parkeergarage was wavol dus we moesten bij een externe garage parkeren. Maar is op zich maar op een paar minuten afstand goed te lopen.

La entrada fue tarde porque no había disponibilidad todavía de las habitaciones al ser fiesta. Por la mañana mucho ruido q emiten algunas puertas de habitaciones q lo comentamos en recepción. Por lo de más nos encanta este hotel y repetiremos un año más.

Lovely staff, very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. This is the only hotel I have ever stayed in that had fluffy soft towels. Everything about the stay was perfect.

Chambres non insonorisées. Prévoir bouchons d’oreille. Impossible d’accéder en voiture. Il y a 6 places de parking pour 100 chambres, nous a-t-on dit à l’accueil! On vous envoie dans un parking public. Débrouillez -vous ! Pas d’eau chaude le soir. Après avoir demandé, on s’est carrément fichu de nous ! « Il est interdit d’avoir plus chaud ! » Et marmonnage en espagnol, pensant qu’on ne comprenait pas. Le lendemain matin, l’eau chaude était revenue. Je comprends qu’il n’y ait plus d’eau chaude le soir, mais l’insolence et l’incorrection du personnel, non! Voyageurs français, si vous cherchez un 4 étoiles, fuyez. Si vous êtes en voiture, ne venez pas.
