Very kind and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Rooms are very clean and the towels have a great scent too. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel

I appreciated the size of their room in comparison to other similar hotels. I did feel cramped.

I arrived late and staff were extremely helpful in terms of letting me know what food was available and escorting me to my room.

C’est un motel. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées On entend les voisins et la route et les avions… bref on ne se repose pas bien. Le petit déjeuner est correct sauf si le personnel oublie votre commande ou de sortir le plateau de confiture.miel, sauces… Le seul avantage c’est la vue.

Mt stay was good and so It was for my mom and sister too The only thing was they could have changed my mom room for her age instead of letting her in one up the stairs. Laundry service can also be expedite for unrgent and same day service Best regards

The staff is amazing. Lorenzo and his team were extremely friendly and hospitable. The hotel provides a unique and exceptional vantage scenic point and view of Cape Town and Table Mountain. The view is spectacular! From the reception area, to the kitchen staff, and bar , housekeeping at every touch point and interaction the staff is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend this property it is also centrally located without the busyness of the water front.

Gate property, which makes you feel safe.

We booked a king bedroom with a garden view. We receive a normal double bed. The kettle was broken - could not open the lit. When we depart we were told that an amount is still owing although the full bill were paid online.

All okay. Food at the restaurant was awful
