Great hotel with realy clean spacious rooms and a good powerful shower and a large TV mounted on the wall Reception was nice and clean and welcomed by Victoria who was very pleasant and also knowledgable about surrounding area and taxi and local transport The evening staff Bhagi and Carolina were also great and friendly The buffet breakfast had a decent selection of cold meats cheeses , cereals ,breads for toasting and also a hot plate with a great selection of hot items bacon eggs sausage etc Sanju guided me through the items and showed me how the coffee machine worked I had a great night sleep and recommend staying here if your in or around London it’s 10 mins from barking tube station I will definately stay here again . Thank you

The hotel was great and was very clean. However the walk from the tube to hotel didn’t feel very safe but other than that it was a good hotel to stay in for 2 nights

Friendly helpful staff, clean room and a nice breakfast.

Staff extremely friendly, food excellent, very clean. Second bed was more of a narrow camp bed, not a real twin as advertised.

Staff very good but on Friday one young lady had to do reception, bar and restaurant which I felt was too much for her. However she cheerfully managed to help everyone eventually! Saturday morning the lift wasn’t working!

The room was almost exactly what you would expect from an affordable hotel chain: the room had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom feels like something from a glamping experience and like it was almost pasted into the room as an afterthought: it's like a pod of fibreglass or something such material - not just the shower, the whole bathroom! It functions as needed though and the only real issue we had was the basin not draining properly. Staff there were very friendly and happy to help. Perfect hotel for a day or two trip, as long as you're not having to spend too much time in the hotel. The only other thing I didn't like was that there are two hotels of the same name, on the same street, with the same postcode, but separated by a couple hundred metres, so we ended up going to the wrong one (the Express version) first. It's just a bit confusing.
