I read all reviews before booking this hotel, a part of me thinks they’re fake! The paint on the walls was all different colors and chipped, bathroom ceiling was literally falling apart, bed was tiny and uncomfortable and worst of all our room smelled so bad of dog urine. I brought my service dog along (who I have letters from his training academy along with a full health report) the worker at the desk told me he had to charge a pet fee because I didn’t have a service dog registration. That doesn’t exist in the US! At least know the laws if you’re charging fees. 1/10 would not stay again.

The room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom especially. We walked into the room and did not feel welcomed to stay, it didnt smell nice or look nice. But it was cheap! For the price we paid, it was adequate.

The check in lady from Saginaw was the best !!

Very clean facility. However very very old and outdated. Everything is very worn and it shows. Plaster peeling off the ceiling, doors worn and look rotted. Breakfast also lacked. We were there by 8:30 for breakfast and most things were out. And they had no intentions of refilling.

I thought I was here in the past and I liked it better. The Microtel is shabby and has a unpleasant aroma.

It was an average stay. The wall lamp blocked the TV so that was annoying and the customer service wasn't friendly. But i guess you get what you pay for. Would probably look somewhere else next time.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating and the property was very clean.

I had called ahead to make sure I would be able to leave my car there while traveling and was told yes at a daily fee. I arrived and was told by the front desk that was not possible. This was the reason I had selected this hotel in the first place.

Nice hotel and very affordable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Nice place!!

The surrounding area of the hotel was fine. The hotel lobby was not at all welcoming. It looked cheap and dirty. The front desk had a sign to ring the bell for service and another sign to call this number for service. The door to the laundry room for the hotel was wide open right off of the lobby.

Never received my security deposit back

Room was dirty.. hair on bed… shower leaked and dripped loudly had to put a towel under so I could sleep… toilet didn’t flush Everytime… lights flickered… no much water pressure. I would never stay here again.

Noisy room next to ours, it had an adjoining door. Bathroom was not very clean.

The room I booked from website photos was not the room provided. There were numerous holes 10 to 12 inch by two to three inch holes in the carpet. One of the closet doors was missing with only hindges there. The mirror was missing with plaster spots and holes visible. The heater was do loud, it scared my 8 pound Shih tzu and made it unbearable to fall asleep. Another room was provided. They stated that they were unaware of the damages. These damages occurred over a period of time and they falsely provided photos of a room that was not provided. I will no longer book from Expedia in the future. They provide false information.

Very nice, convenient, was able to walk to the mall.
