just a little worn needs a refurb

Asiakaspalvelu oli erinomaista! Huone vaikutti päällisin puolin siistiltä mutta kylpyhuoneen poreamme oli likainen. En ole ammattilainen mutta haju huoneessa toi mieleen homeen, olinme yhden yön ja molemmille tuli outoja oireita, jotka katosivat lähdettyä. Illallisbuffet oli surullinen. Baarin valikoimissa ollit club leipä oli erinomainen.

The property is dated. There’s stairs on both sides of the elevator for some reason which make it almost worthless. The shower head in the bathroom was busted. No free airport shuttle even though it’s one of the closest hotels to the airport.

I would rate the property as a 4 star for location but definitely only a 3 for condition of the property. Clean but very tired and in need of refurbishment.

L'hotel est un bon rapport qualité prix. Il est vrai qu'il merite un petit rafraîchissement mais il reste tout a fait convenable.

Unremarkable, one night in a hotel room. Nothing wrong with it, nothing outstanding either.

Cleanest hotel ever, they have cleaners working day n night, but all round a good choice, realy enjoyable stay

Zwar sauber, gute Lage und freundliches Personal. Aber leider sind die Zimmer stark renovierungsbedürftig. Zum Teil mit Schimmel an den Vorhängen und Wänden. Könnten man viel mehr daraus machen. Preis/Leistung daher eher unzufriedenstellend.

El personal , lo mejor. la habitación muy vieja, todo se cae, la bañera se va el agua por debajo, no te ponen ni jabón para lavarte las manos. La cortina del balcón rotas. lamentable. El desayuno está bien. El personal de cafetería muy amable y profesional. gracias pero volvería si arreglan las habitaciones.

This hotel is outdated and boring. The quality of food is poor - the only exception was for a Christmas dinner- they made effort and prepared something better. Area is windy and cooler compared to los Christianos or Las Americas. There is not much to do if you don’t play golf.

Received a warm welcome at check in. Hotel is a little worn but very comfortable and well run.
