Tout est parfait : le personnel est hyper aimable, la chambre et l’hôtel très accueillants, le petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de produits locaux est parfait également !

Camera pulita ma un po' piccola per 3 persone, personale gentile e pronto a rispondere alle necessità come ricerca di ristoranti o luoghi di interesse. Ottima la posizione, in pieno centro, con parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze.

Accueil souriant agréable, avec humour, enregistrement rapide, explications claires. Hôtel très propre, décoration sur le thème du cinéma. Plein centre, très calme même aux heures de livraison des commerces environnants. Petit déjeuné buffet agréable à l'œil tout comme au palais, produits frais.

Parfait, hôtel avec super déco et bien entretenu, chambre avec assez d'espace. Le petit déjeuner délicieux, des très bon produits et le café au top.

I've stayed in many hotels, but I've never been so impressed. I'd particularly like to highlight the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the fantastic, imaginative, and culturally appealing amenities of the hotels. For example, upon entering the breakfast room, I was offered an explanation of the breakfast details. The hotel's location, right in the center, is also great. All of the important spots in the center can easily be reached on foot. I do have one small caveat, though. I was somewhat surprised that the hotel management demanded a guarantee in the form of a charge to my Visa card to cover any damage I might cause (e.g., smoking). To my knowledge, this is rarely required.

Personnel très accueillant et formé à donner des explications. Un salon où l'on peut se servir du thé ou du café à volonté. Il ya une salle de fitness en acces libre. Un espace forme privatisé avec sauna et jacuzzi mais cela coûte 26 euros l'heure par personne, sur réservation. Les petits bémols que je pointerais sont l'absence de mini frigo dans la chambre, une petite marche dangereuse dans la chambre et l'impossibilité de régler la température de la climatisation de la chambre. Mais sinon, séjour très agréable.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel des Princes. Initially we were very disappointed as before check in we had an email to explain that parking was off site. We specifically booked this hotel because it specifies on-site parking and I wanted our hire car to be safe. This hotel has a special rate with a couple of multi storey car parks and the system worked well, it's just not what we wanted. Aside from this, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were so accommodating and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay again

J’ai adoré mon séjour et l’hôtel et son personnel ont toujours été exceptionel m’aider. Le buffet du petit-déjeûner est excellent. La qualité de la chambre a dépassé mes attentes et en pleine été durant une canicule, le luxe de l’air climatisé (qui ne fait presque pas de bruit) fût grandement apprécié.
