Lovee the place till nexte times

The front counter staff were all excellent and welcoming. Breakfast was large bins of mini pancakes and mini sausage patties, rethermalized elsewhere and tastless. Or cereal, toast, and a bin of very hard boiled eggs. The tiny breakfast room was very cramped and tables were dirty. On the second morning we went to a nearby Tim Hortons.

Close to shopping, dining and entertainment options with all within walking distance.

Sound-proofing could be improved- door to room is poorly fitted with gaps around the perimeter and should be replaced.

Check in was easy and convenient staff are amazing!!! Very friendly and helpful had a great stay!!! Great location tight across from Champlain Place mall.

Very clean, beautiful comfortable room.

So clean, beds comfy, great staff

We love staying at this motel. This time we ended up in a room with 2 double beds where the ad indicated queen sized beds. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Was travelling with family members and we were all complaining about the terrible sleep we had due to the beds. Will definitely ask for a different room next time and confirm that they are true queens.

Really enjoyed our 4 night stay. Staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast included had lots of selection and was fresh. Used the pool and fitness area which was nice after a long drive from Ontario.

We stay here every year before our flight. Rooms are basic but they are clean. Staff is great. The same evening gentleman has been there on our last three visits and he is great and very helpful. The overnight lady was also great. We had a good conversation while I was making a tea and coffee in the lobby. We have early flights so we haven been able to take advantage of the free breakfast. We will stay there again before our next flight.

There showers are not working properly they are leaking. No one is taking care of them. They are just charging you

5 min drive to airport … very convenient location for restaurants as well . Randy at the desk was extremely nice and helpful ! We stayed in the king suite - loved it ! X2 baths , kitchenette , bedroom separate from living area and x2 TVs .. excellent!
