Rooms could use maintenance

Enjoyed a family get together on Easter Sunday with all the amenities that were offered. Including the pool area, pet friendly room and nice buffet dinner reservation. Thank you!

Hotel was perfect. Had an executive suite which was so great. My grandchild loved the pool. Cheap breakfast but couldn't be taken to your room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Downside.... evenings had too many drunks outside so didn't feel safe when outside for a smoke.

House keeping was poor

Carpets in room weren’t the best. There for 3 nights and room service never stepped foot in to clean up garbage or replace coffee we used. Noise in hallways at 2:30 in the morning. Good location but wasn’t one of our better stays.

Our room didn’t have a window. It was pretty basic. The pool water had a terrible chemical smell and my daughter felt sick after swimming. They didn’t offer room service and the food was crazy overpriced - $19 for 4 kids chicken fingers. Probably wouldn’t go back there again even though it was cheaper than other hotels.

The room was tidy. The staff was wonderful and helped me book a taxi and get familiar with the city. Breakfast for 5$ was amazing and servers wonderful. Def would come again!

It was so loud and called the front desk , kids running around till one in morning , all they said is there security will look into . Didnt even see a security guard onsite .

This hotel has the best pool with an amazing slide that’s also fun for adults and a hot tub!

Room was clean. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was fresh abd tastey. Parkink was convenient. Thanks you.

Pool area was out of control. No supervision or security whatsoever. A mess with towels and vomit. Lots of children and no adults
