The hotel was affordable and offered good value for the price. Breakfast was well organized and delicious. The building itself was okay, and for a short stay of a few days, the room was a decent size and well maintained. However, the bedding and towels could definitely use an upgrade. The location was very central, with a 24-hour supermarket and several restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re looking for a centrally located hotel at a reasonable price.

The first room I went to have roaches and insects; they moved me then to a bigger room and the rooms were not clean. The room had a tub but the water stop was broken off and I couldn’t even enjoy the tub. The breakfast was very small in variety and not tasty. I will never return to this hotel

Hotel simples, quarto também simples, equipe cordial e café da manhã bem variado. Localização não é das melhores, próxima ao que eles chamam de “red zone”.

Rooms smell like mold. Very dirty premises. In a bad part of town. Dangerous. People begging every time you step outside. Air conditioning not working in rooms. Would never suggest to anyone ever.

It was perfect location, wonderful and friendly staff, but my table was broken and needed to be repaired only to break again and the renovation(awesome) was a little annoying.

O hotel é bem localizado e a equipe de funcionários muito atenciosos. Porém, trata-se de um hotel antigo, então se você ficar entre o 1 e o 5 andar, os banheiros são velhos, praticamente não tem toalhas, ar condicionado não funciona direito .... meu quarto o ar não funcionava de jeito nenhum e nos mudaram para o 9 andar... parecia outro hotel. Quarto novo, banheiro estuturado etc.. Café da manhã tinha frutas, ovo, pães e frango cozido, atendendo as necessidades.

The hotel price was good, the rooms was clean, the staff was helpful.

Walking out of the elevator straight into the room was immediately unsettling. The condition of the room felt unsafe and poorly maintained. The bedroom window could not lock, and the bathroom had no window at all, which was uncomfortable and concerning. There appeared to be mold on several areas of the walls that looked like they had simply been painted over. The ceiling was visibly cracking, and the TV was extremely small (around 20 inches), adding to the overall feeling that the room had not been properly updated or cared for. The bathroom setup was also inadequate. There were only two drying towels provided and no floor towel, despite having a standing shower, which made the space impractical and slippery. Overall, this was honestly the worst and most unsafe place I’ve ever walked into. I would not recommend staying here.
