The building isn’t necessarily well taken care of however the rooms were clean in terms of you can smell the sheets have been washed and the rooms cleaned well daily However it’s a simple budget hotel not for the extravagant vacation stay good location not very asthetic but in terms of 24 hrs and titan and el costo is walking distance and easy access to taxi etc and the staff was very welcoming

Room was nasty especially the bed sheets breakfast was a waste of time egg smell rank the toilet back up and they never did nun abt it

Everything was fine but the wifi is super bad.

No wash cloth no soap only hand soap I was told no wash cloth is being supply i do not wash my face with hand soap front desk need to more bilingual instead of checked you in then you ask a question to be told I don't speak English if it is Spanish only let us know before booking by by never again I go back waymore spa&hotel

Friendly and attentive staff. Sadly the hotel was not well maintained as it should be . I had to changed my room twice because the air conditioning was not working in some of the rooms . The air conditioning wasn’t working at the lobby when I did the check in . I was given a room with street view but I wasn’t able to enjoy it because the windows were very dirty and moldy on the outside

In a convenient location, easy access to taxi and shopping malls. Basic amenities were not included in Room.

Need iron and ironing board, incase persons want neat clothes. Need mats in the bathroom. Besides that the place was nice

The room was clean every morning. The staff was friendly. The breakfast could be abit more presentable.

The rooms were clean and staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The property does have room for improvement. The pool area is not what was reflected in photos but it was clean and usable. Across the street from the hotel is a huge 24hour supermarket that can was great for any and all late night and last minute needs. Lastly the property was super close to everything a great location in that way.
