I was not happy with this booking. My daughtert lost her wallet and they said they conducted an investigation but they did not the security person never spoke to me and when i went to askt the front dest about the wallet they said the case was investigated and closed. How can they close an inverstigation without speaking with me or my daughter. no one came to my room to see what was happening or to help me check. I called the front dest becuase we did not have any clean towels or toilet paper and he flat out said you are going to have to come down to the front dest because i am the only one here. Then i went down to speak to the front dest and no one was there because they was out side smoking for customer service the get a O stars. Cleanliness 1 star the need new rugs and mattresses to be honest they owe me money for staying there. was not happy with this hotel.

Loved the courtyard. Beds could be softer

No microwave, only a mini fridge, 0 sounds proof between walls. TV 2005 versions. 0 % chance Us coming back

We book the room with 3 bed. One king was good. The two other queen bed are not confortable at all, very poor quality for this level of Hotels. AC are leaking on the carpet. Whitout that. Super excellent place close to everything and the personal are so helpful.

Overall, the hotel wasn’t bad, but the rooms were quite old and had very poor lighting.

The hotel need a upgrade

Absolutely loved the waterpark. The hotel rooms definitely needed some TLC. There was both mold and mildew as well as a lot of hair left behind in bathroom. Would highly recommend the water park, but not a stay at the hotel.

Family friendly. Good location for activities

Room needed to be dusted, wallpaper was falling apart and stains on the wall and bedding. Very outdated. Had to make the smaller beds myself and they did not have a cart for us to bring down the bags at the end of our stay. Breakfast and parking were offered separately if paid for. Staff rushed me out and didn’t ask about our stay at all.

We arrived early and our room was ready so for $30 we could check in. Our room was not clean and the bunk beds were not made…when making the bed we discovered the comforter was not clean. We went down to the front seat and they were very accommodating and gave us a new room and did not charge us for the early check in as well as waived the parking fees. Although the hotel is dated we thought it was good. A few days after arriving home home I noticed a charge on my cc from the hotel…not sure what is for but am not impressed

When we arrived, we did not have enough towels. We asked housekeeping to bring us towels while we were out for the evening. We came back after 7 1/2 hours and still no towels. When we called the front desk a second time, they told us to come downstairs to get the towels. The mattresses were also very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Hotel room was great! Clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, helpful staff. Parking garage had water intrusion and was muddy in many places but that wasn’t a deal breaker for us.

Great location! The direct connection to the water park was a huge plus. One thing to note, though: the elevator doesn’t go to the level with the skybridge, so if you’re traveling with a stroller, you’ll still need to navigate stairs. We requested a crib and extra bedding before arrival, but neither was in the room. We mentioned it again the following day and, unfortunately, still never received them. As a result, our little one ended up sleeping in our bed. The biggest disappointment was the room itself. It had a very strong smell of urine mixed with cigarette smoke, which made it unpleasant from the moment we walked in. The beds were average—not particularly comfortable, but not terrible either. The hotel only has one elevator, so during check-in and check-out it becomes extremely congested. Since it’s located right beside the front desk, the lobby can feel like a bit of a bottleneck. We did enjoy the courtyard. It was a great space for my husband and the kids to play while I packed up. That said, if you’re a light sleeper, you may want to avoid a room overlooking the courtyard, as it could get noisy. We were exhausted and could’ve slept through anythingt, so it didn’t bother us. The location is convenient, with easy access from the highway, meaning you don’t have to drive through the busiest tourist areas. Overall, I found the hotel to be significantly overpriced for what it offered. The photos online made it appear much nicer than reality.

The hotel was filthy and out dated, you have to pay for parking and it difficult to even find parking spaces, there is only one elevator and this place really isn't very handicapped accessible. There is no breakfast included you must pay for it and it at the Perkins thats connected to the hotel and the meal dosent come with drinks you have to pay extra for drinks. Iqould not recommend staying at this hotel as its not worth the excessive cost to stay there.
