Smelled bad in the rooom, it wasn’t invited and was ready to go home

Many problems with room assignment

Did not stay rooms were really dirty.blood in toilet bed undone. No wifi.elvator not working. No breakfast. Everything fallung apart.health hazard. I need my refund.i have pictures and a cancel number and pictures but still haven't received my refund. Why are you all giving me a hard time .even when i send pictures and refund picture from hotel.also it doesn't let me download these photos.

Hotel had no breakfas

No hot water without asking, no WiFi, no tv, no working phone, dust everywhere, old food under the bed

The manager was really nice but the building needs lots of work. Carpets were dirty and smelly. No Internet and elevator was broken. We asked for a refund and left to find somewhere else.

Dirty rooms, no towels for 2 days as in none at all, no toilet tissue, dirty floors, elevator did not work, pool was a puddle of green water, ice machine did not work, no internet avaliable, needless to say bfast was a not available. Over flowing trash cans, horrible marijuana and smoke smell. Had to yell on all floors unable to find ONE single employee. Police called for drugs, unsafe.There was a hand written sign that said if you are not happy with the room you would get a refund.

Arrived there they gave me the wrong room and the room I was given was dirty went back to the front desk got a new room but the new room wasn’t prepared with towels or soap. The next day I asked if they had any soap the answer was no, they had a used bar of soap. I said no I’m ok. The water leaked in the bathtub all night. Room was dirty had to wear my sandals because I didn’t want to get dirty.

Went to Che king and the property was not at all what the pictures looked like. Property was under construction- so no WiFi, no breakfast and no elevators. Other customers were complaining about lack of cleanliness. We got a full refund and went somewhere else. Staff was very nice and understanding about the situation.

The property is falling apart. No amenities. No wifi. Elevator is broken. Mold everywhere. Dirty. Horrible location. Homeless everywhere. It’s very dangerous and unsafe.

Hotel híper sucio, la atención mala, las habitaciones sin toallas, sin papel higiénico, híper sucios

This hotel does not look like the pictures, do not stay here. There was no one at the desk when we arrived and the phone number provided doesn’t work. The elevator was broken, the hallways and rooms were not clean.

I ended not staying there it was very unsafe, dirty, elevator didn’t work, no phones no WiFi , no breakfast, i cancelled never got my money back

Es un hotel un cuanto extraño, de entrada en el lobby y los pasillos siempre hubo un olor a marihuana. El personal fue amable aunque era complicado encontrarlos ya que al parecer cumplen varias funciones dentro del hotel. En uno de los cuartos nunca nos dieron llaves! Si salíamos teníamos que pedir que lo fueras a abrir. El elevador no funciona En general el hotel requiere de mantenimiento y limpieza. El cuarto bien, las camas muy bien, muy cómoda y al parecer los acaban de renovar.

FECES ON THE SHEETS. NO WI-FI. NO SOAP IN BATHROOM. BROKEN ELEVATOR.

9 minute drive to river walk was the only plus, the evening manager seemed ok as well though friendly staff should be normal, they advertised free breakfast but had none and really the place looked run down from the inside, if you're traveling with family on a budget i recommend spend a few more dollars stay somewhere nicer.

Staff was friendly , i felt super inconvenienced. The room was filthy , we had no towels i had to go to Walmart to get towels along with cleaning stuff to clean the room, there was rodents coming out the wall , no elevator 3 flights of stairs with lots of bags , no WiFi , no breakfast due to “new management” i checked out a day earlier because i couldn’t sleep comfortably.

Relación precio calidad esta bien. Pero podria estar un poco mejor

One of the wordt stays ive had at this location. Elevator was out of order had to walk up and down 3 flights 9f stairs all weekend. No onr came to clean the room durong my stay no fresh towels or toilet paper were offered. Heard gun shots one night and fighting the next night.
