We landed at 6:45 p.m. I called the property to ask them to send the shuttle, and the man who answered was very rude. I asked him where to wait for the shuttle. He told me to ask someone at the airport, and after I got there, call them back. When we tried to call back at the shuttle pickup location, we were hung up on 11 times. I'm not exaggerating. The phone picked up, nobody said anything, and then the calls disconnected. We called our friends, who were already at the property, and asked them to go to the front desk and tell them where we were and to come get us. When our friend asked them why he kept hanging up on us, he told them that he had just put us on hold. This was patently false. He disconnected our phone calls 11 times. If we had not had friends already there to help, we never would have gotten a shuttle at all. We waited over an hour for the shuttle. When it arrived, it was almost full, and did not have the space to take us and our luggage. The man driving the shuttle was very nice, and said he would come back for us. We had to wait an additional 45 minutes for him to come back. When we told the driver what happened with the man at the front desk he said it was not the first time someone complained about him. I have never stayed at a hotel where I was treated so poorly. This was inexcusable. If we had taken a cab, we would have gotten here in 15 minutes. It was TWO HOURS from when we started waiting until we got to the hotel. I am LIVID at this treatment.
