We have a wonderful stay in hotel Italia staff are all very helpful and it’s very easy to walked around the town and also very safe and very friendly staff and helpful

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. Le personnel était très accueillant et a su répondre à nos demandes. Petit bémol, le parking à 25€/jour

The room keys are unique. Old style but really cool. The regular rooms are to small . But my standard room upgrade was great.

The place was clean and artistic. Breakfast was good. Location is super, 10 minute walk to old town and $15 quick cab ride to train station. I really appreciated the service. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The young guy at the desk (long hair in ponytail) was very helpful to this traveler. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed last night, warm welcome, explaining where we are to the city (short walk), close to sightseeing areas. Hotel so clean, breakfast was good, no complaints. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Fint hotel med god beliggenhed. Morgenmaden ok, men manglede noget opfyldning. Ser ikke ud af noget udefra, men der er pænt indenfor.

Hotel muy cómodo para familias las habitaciones limpias buenas camas., además el desayuno es bueno, estas a 25 min caminando para llegar al rio y ver lo de interés de verona.

Super hotel, great customer service especially the reception. Breakfast was lovely with a wide choice to eat. Verona only 10 minutes walk away over the bridge. Would highly recommend this hotel

Accommodation was fine although a little noisey due to the main road.

The only problem was that the air conditioners did not work, since the administration does not allow them to be turned on depending on the season, but the temperature was 79 degrees, the first night we did not sleep at all even opening the windows, since between the heat and the The noise from the cars was unbearable, and on the second night after contacting Expedia the hotel turned on the air. Otherwise the service was very good.
