Rating & Review Keseluruhan Scandic Polar

We had a fantastic family winter vacation. The location of Scandic Polar is good in Rovaniemi. The breakfast was good at Scandic Polar.

Kuvien perusteella vanha hotelli, mutta yllätti positiivisesti. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä ja mukavaa!

It was nice.

The staff were very helpful. One member staff Loana was very helpful as it was just me and my daughter and I had broken my arm.

ドアを閉めても勝手に空いたらする、バスルームの鍵がかからない レースのカーテンのみのため電気をつけたら外から見えるのではないかと心配があった それなのに料金は取るから、非常に気分が悪かった

全体的に古いホテルなのでしょう。もう少し全体的に清潔感があるといいかもしれません。 スタッフの対応は悪くはなかったです。

It desperate need a good renovation

Très bonne option pour visiter Rovaniemi et les alentours. Chambre propre et confortable Excellent emplacement on peut tout faire à pied: aller aux restaurants (nombreuses options), se balader dans la ville, bus pour le village du pere noel, départ d’ excursions Ville calme et sûr Le petit déjeuner était très bon

Staff very friendly and breakfast was great. Super location but extremely dated property - very old and needs a major revamp.

2泊しましたが、客室清掃がバスマットを交換してくれただけで、他は何もされていませんでした。せめてタオルも交換してほしかったです。

Excellent spot

We just stayed 1 night so we weren't looking for a spectacular hotel. However, for the cost we expected more than what we got. The location and complimentary breakfast options were very good. The staff could have been a bit more friendly and the hotel definitely needs an upgrade. Especially in the rooms like the beds and showers.

Scandic Polar is an old hotel what need full restauration but is good enough for holliday,excellent staff and breakfast is very good.i will come again here if the price will be ok

Excellent location, felt safe. Was clean, warm, cosy, and friendly helpful staff. Would definitely recommend. A little dated but part of its history ( pictures of how it looked many years ago on walls) and feature. Everything we needed as a base

飯店設施雖然有年代感，但很溫馨，入住時發現吹風機壞了，staff也馬上幫我換新的！！！離開時也幫我訂了計程車！！！唯一缺點是其中一天晚上（已經半夜12點，對面鄰居在唱歌劇，唱得超大聲！後來又是請staff處理

Etablissement très bien situé, personnel très à l'écoute et de bons conseils. Autres hotels/restaurants de la même "marque" dans les environs. Buffet de petit-déjeuner généreux. Sauna très correct.

The staff were friendly and the room was spacious. However there are a lot of rooms that are not accessible by lift, and very often tourists had to carry their luggage’s up and down the long staircases, which is very often not easy to do. So be careful when selecting this hotel - if you’re travelling with wheelchairs or heavy luggages, maybe another hotel would be better. If not, Scandic Polar is perfect.
