This location was central to a lot of things. I was in town for 3.5 days, did things I had on my list, and never needed a vehicle. I've never seen where cleaning service doesn't come to your room unless you ask. I thought this was great as it makes it more efficient, I don't feel the need to leave at a certain time if I'm running late, they don't need to come into my room to make the bed or empty the trash can.

room was ready earlier than i thought, staff were very helpful with all inquries. Close to the Metro and major attractions/sites, barely used transportation aside from my 1st day!

Breakfast buffet was fantastic and the location was perfect. Room was small, but clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Room 5524: bathroom grout was dirty. Long hair on the bathroom wall. Room had a balcony which overlooked building works and building noise woke my on the first morning of my stay. The shower door was effective in keeping the water inside the shower which resulted in a dangerously wet bathroom floor. Breakfast was repetitive.

Great stay right next to Nyhavn, staff was very friendly

Veldig hyggelige ansatte. Vi hadde forespurt rom med to enkeltsenger, men fikk dessverre dobbeltseng. De fikk skaffet oss nytt rom med enkeltsenger etter første natten, til tross for at hotellet var fullbooket. Det satte vi veldig pris på. Ellers bra beliggenhet, stille om natten og god frokost.

We upgraded to a room overlooking the canal and it was glorious. Staff were fabulous without exception. We will go back.

Hotel was in a quiet area and convenient walk to restaurants and attractions. Hotel staff super helpful and breakfast should not be skipped it was delicious.

Bokade ändå för längesen, men tyckte rummet var onödigt dyrt. Nästan 3000kr för en natt i enkelrum. Sängen var skön, allting var rent o fräscht, men tyckte skicket på rummet för den summan var ett skämt. Utsikten var en parkering med full insyn om man har gardinerna uppe. Frukosten var helt ok, men också kunde varit mkt mer för det priset man betalade. Servicen däremot var fantastisk. Läget var bra, var enkelt att ta sig runt med elcykel.

A modest and reasonably priced hotel that manages to be stylish, comfortable and welcoming. Charming staff, easy check in, clean and well-appointed room, all done in a pleasingly Scandinavian style.

Emplacement idéal et personnel tres sympathique! Toutefois, chambre au 5eme etage, minuscule , chaleur etouffante ( ventilo qui n a aucun interet )! De plus cote cour donc a fuire. La premiere nuit , musique a fond dans l immeuble derriere et ce jusque 4h du matin....3eme soir des hurlements nocturnes dans cette meme cour! Vraiment dommage

Clean, friendly and an excellent location

The staff made our stay a wonderful experience
