The room was nice, clean, and well priced. The staff were helpful and friendly. There was one front desk staff that was excellent in demeanor and recommended a restaurant I had a great time at. I believe her name was Logi. All in all I had an awesome stay.

Great views , great location and wonderful staff

Close to the port. Staff helped us get our bags to the cruise ship. Bagel shop right around the corner that served a great breakfast All in all was a great spot to stay for one night before your cruise.

Hotel is falsely advertised, staff is rude, property is run down, room descriptions are inaccurate, one working and slow elevator, while the other is out of service, building is shared with offices, did not feel safe, and all for the price of what should be a much nicer hotel. Neither of the hotel nor booking site would honor a refund. Total scam. Good reviews have to be fake.

Hotel was in walking distance from food court, cruise port.many little shops all around.staff was very nice,and helpful in knowing where places are.nice Porter took our luggage to the cruise port for us. And my room had a amazing view.

Very nice hotel near everything downtown Vancouver

We had a beautiful view of Canada Place and the harbor. Everything was very clean and maintained.

Had a wonderful stay.

The suite on the 12 th floor was clean and functional. However we experienced a steady squeaky noise all night which kept is from getting much rest. We mentioned it to the staff in the morning who was very apologetic and promised to look into it.

Das Hotel ist einfach nur alt, die Bilder wurden vor 100 Jahren gemacht, es ist total abgewohnt. Die Fenster ließen jedes Geräusch durchdringen man kam sich vor wie an einem Bahnhof. Ich weiß nicht warum hier so viele positive Bewertungen gegeben wurden!?! Zum Glück waren wir nur eine Nacht dort! SCHRECKLICH

This is a mixed hotel residence with a PRIME location in the financial area and blocks from waterfront and convention center. Very tight and secure. Nice clean quiet rooms. Many food options within 1 block.

So very central for catching our cruise. On our second visit, we were upgraded to a harbour view suite which was stunning

Location, location, location but the hotel lobby needs to be updated, the entrance needs to be sanitized. The room was very nice as far as the size and view. But again the furniture needs to be refurbished or replaced. It was only one elevator in operation for the entire hotel. The garage was adequate but $58 self parking was a bit much to not security or be secured. Also to access the Lion Pub if you exit the hotel and walked outside around the corner unless you’re a member of the Terminal Club, which is opened directly adjacent to the front desk. The thing that frustrated me was we did not have access through the club. The staff was very professional especially Peter the manager. 7 out of 10

The staff was great. They answered all our questions and had great suggestions for food. It was our first time in Vancouver. It was convenient to the ships port and lots of restaurants. The room was roomy and it had a great view.
