Vary good location. Next to tram stop and five minutes walk to metro and 15 minute walk to Milan Centrale main line station. Room was excellent, vary clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. One very minor point was could not get the bath plug to stay down, but shower was excellent anyway.

The cleanness, service, breakfast…everything was perfect! The bathroom was amazing! There were two bathrooms. The staff were super kind and heartwarming. The breakfast was incredibly great! It was much more delicious than other restaurants. If I visit Milan again, I’d love to come back.

Lovely hotel with nice spacious rooms, comfortable beds and a reasonable selection for breakfast. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Slightly on the outskirts but walkable to main sites or can get an Uber very quickly. Would return if in Milan again.

Tout était parfait, sauf les doubles vitrages qui laissaient passer le bruit de la circulation notamment des tramways. Très beau buffet de petit-déjeuner.

Overall, the stay was good. Service is good. Breakfast buffet is excellent (despite same foods every day). A refrigerator that is colder will give a perfect mark.

Jättefräscht hotellrum med en otroligt fin frukost. I jämförelse med andra hotell var denna frukost kvalitet före kvantitet. Bra kommunikation till stan. Den enda nackdelen var duschen som var superliten vilket var lite svårt för någon som är större än S.

I traveled with my 12 year old daughter, the night we stayed has a big thunderstorm we come down to the restaurant for dinner, and they have a private party I want to get dinner for my daughter and the manager from the restaurant was so rude, super rude and aggressive told me they are closed I asked what about room service and he went close to my face and told if I didn’t read the sign of course I didn’t see it. Next day I talked to the manager he apologized and said he had an event and he was under stress, in this case if he can’t deal with the stress he shouldn’t be in this business and learn how to deal with guest, the restaurant was tiny, in two weeks in Italy everything was perfect until I come to this place, we went to sleep without dinner feeling so bad for my little daughter with an empty stomach 😭

Beds were comfortable, bathroom was a good size but shower was very small. Our room had a strange smell. The breakfast was excellent!

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war von Anfang bis Ende fantastisch. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen – die Gastfreundschaft war außergewöhnlich. Wir bekamen ein wunderschönes Zimmer, das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Besonders positiv überrascht hat uns die kostenlose Minibar, die täglich mit Softdrinks und Wasser aufgefüllt wurde – ein toller Service! Der Zimmerservice war zuverlässig erreichbar, und unser Zimmer wurde täglich mit frischen Handtüchern und allem Notwendigen versorgt. Das Frühstück war im Aufenthalt inbegriffen und absolut hervorragend: ein reichhaltiges Buffet mit großer Auswahl. Der Frühstücksbereich befindet sich in einem gemütlichen Café/Bar, das direkt mit dem Hotel verbunden ist. Dieses konnten wir auch außerhalb der Frühstückszeiten nutzen – Speisen und Getränke sind dann zwar kostenpflichtig, aber man kann sie auch problemlos mit aufs Zimmer nehmen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal: Direkt vor der Tür halten Straßenbahnen, und auch die Metro ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Porta Venezia und das Stadtzentrum sind gut erreichbar. Insgesamt war das Hotel ruhig, entspannt und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber und gemütlich – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und möchte mich herzlich für diese tolle Zeit bedanken. Ich komme ganz bestimmt wieder! :)

Fint hotell med hyggelig personale og god frokost. Ikke helt perfekt komfortabel seng eller puter etter vår smak. Dessverre kloakklukt på rommet andre natten.
